@@MursingStudent13 Because after some time he'll realise it was a major waste of time? What you're gaining in return for your time investment? Money? Money is less valuable than your time. You can always get more money but you can't buy more time. You're hiring people so they can waste their time doing easy chores while you menage business, look for opportunities and enjoy your time. A guy who is dweling each day in basement from day to night, preparing packages and doing inventory checks is just an amateur. What a joke. When you'll get older and realise your time in not infinite, you'll find out how stupid that procedure was. Go hire people, stop wasting your time.

lol I have 3 part time employees… I don’t like them at my house past 5pm because my wife gets home from work then and wants an empty house. It’s free to work here compared to a commercial space that costs $8K a month … I also can work with my dogs, future children, etc without needing to drive … it’s not much of a mystery; I like working 🤷
