Thank you for sharing your story and helping to spread the word that you are what you eat. My son was diagnosed with cancer at age 7. I remember the first thing the oncologist asked me is what was I feeding him since the day he was born up until the day of his diagnosis. My son was a very picky eater and refused all healthy foods. I wish I was more stern with him back then. Thank God he’s alive today and remission now for past 8yrs and considered cured. The cancer journey rocked our family’s world and transformed our lives forever. The first thing I did was dropped 4 inches of mulch on our front and backyard lawn. I planted 40 trees on my city lot, many are fruit trees and created many raised garden beds on our small property. 80% of our food comes from our garden now and it a all organic. My son eats his vegetables now, he refuses anything processed his now 15yrs old and a very responsible eater.

@@naturalcandigirl 💕💕💕. As parents, we need to take control of what our kids eat. I get a horrible feeling inside when I see kids eating Oreos, fruit roll ups, sugary cereals, caprisun coolers, hot pockets, even gerber baby food. This all the stuff you can find in the “cancer aisle” at your local grocer. I have deep regret till this day because of the foods I allowed my son to eat because he would throw a fit and refuse to eat broccoli and rice and beans. I should have never allowed it. My son’s oncologist asked me to get rid of our microwave. When I asked her why, she said it zaps all the nutrients out of our food. Ever since, I only use the toaster oven and my gas range to warm up our food or toast things.

@@BigBoyTraksIn the Bible, there are several verses that can be interpreted as promoting animal consumption. These verses often emphasize the use of animals for food, sacrifices, or blessings. Here are some examples: 1. Genesis 9:3: "Every moving thing that lives shall be food for you. And as I gave you the green plants, I give you everything." 2. Leviticus 11:2-3: "Speak to the people of Israel, saying, These are the living things that you may eat among all the animals that are on the earth. Whatever parts the hoof and is cloven-footed and chews the cud, among the animals, you may eat." 3. Deuteronomy 12:15: "However, you may slaughter and eat meat within all your towns, as much as you desire, according to the blessing of the Lord your God that he has given you. The unclean and the clean may eat of it, as of the gazelle and as of the deer." 4. Deuteronomy 14:4-6: "These are the animals you may eat: the ox, the sheep, the goat, the deer, the gazelle, the roebuck, the wild goat, the ibex, the antelope, and the mountain sheep." 5. Matthew 15:11: "It is not what goes into the mouth that defiles a person, but what comes out of the mouth; this defiles a person." 6. Mark 7:19: "Since it enters not his heart but his stomach, and is expelled?" (Thus, he declared all foods clean.) 7. Acts 10:13-15: "And there came a voice to him: 'Rise, Peter; kill and eat.' But Peter said, 'By no means, Lord; for I have never eaten anything that is common or unclean.' And the voice came to him again a second time, 'What God has made clean, do not call common.'" 8. 1 Corinthians 8:8: "Food will not commend us to God. We are no worse off if we do not eat, and no better off if we do."

Thank God you’re still here to share your journey. My plant based journey blessed me with the loss of 131 pounds. My plant based story is in my life because of breast cancer. I too am still alive to share my journey. I’m strictly plant based because. The chemotherapy drugs used to shrink the tumor. That was spotted on my right breast within the areola section. Is what brought forth healing. But other parts of my organs suffered because of chemotherapy. It took months for my kidneys to heal. But my pancreas is another story. I was diagnosed on July 15, 2021 just 4 months after my fiancé passed away from prostate cancer. The chemotherapy drugs used to shrink my tumor in my right breast. Also affected my pancreas. If you know anything about the pancreas. It’s an organ that helps produce enzymes for digestion. Now I’m a well controlled diabetic thanks to chemotherapy meds. So my pancreatic enzyme replacement therapy journey also known as PERT is one journey that I don’t wish on any man, woman, or child. Let’s just say that my plant based life also comes with nine Creon capsules for the rest of my life. Three pills for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. My story is longer than what I shared; but I don’t want to make this comment longer than it has to be. You’re very clear and truthful with your statement. Don’t ignore your body when it’s sending you signals that something within your body is off. I didn’t ignore any of my signals. I was just afraid of going to the hospital with breast cancer. Since Covid was at its peak; somehow I became sickened by Covid and was diagnosed with DKA diabetic keto acidosis. A part of me decided to seek a specialist outside of my regular oncologist and medical team. A very honest and direct oncologist specialist. Used English and not too much medical jargon. He sat me down for three hours explaining to me. Which chemotherapy medication damaged my pancreas. I’m forever grateful for the truth. And he didn’t charge me for the appointment. But that explanation alone opened my eyes. Because my oncology team said “none of the chemotherapy treatments that you received gave you DKA or damaged your pancreas. You was big to begin with starting at 275 pounds. You’re the cause of getting DKA and ruining your pancreas.” I cried and asked God; why did a trusted medical professional lie to me? I then prayed and explained to God: you’re all that I have to trust; guide and direct me through this journey. And immediately God directed me. Immediately my tastebuds only wanted fruit and vegetables. Burgers and fries made me sick to my stomach; and I no longer wanted to experience dehydration from loose bowels. As of January 2023 I am cancer free. And it’s only because of GOD, guiding me to a plant based diet with the help of Creon. I educated myself and realized that Creon can only be taken with a healthy diet. No fast food or my favorites that I’m allowed to eat. My trust is still and always will be with GOD💯. Keep going strong and keep helping people. MAY GOD CONTINUE TO BLESS YOU🙏🏼🌹

Did not want to be on meds so we all changed our diet, lost tons of weight and reversed everything. But the last 3 years we have slipped. Eating more vegan junk and lots of pasta and sugar desserts. I gained all weight back, swollen lymph nodes again. My blood work came back good but my husband has elevated liver enzymes. This is our wake up call to get back on track and stay there!!!!!

Literally just had a similar conversation with my family about this last night. I’m watching my grandma decline daily and everyone just wants to “make her comfortable” instead of healing her. “We just have to pray and let God’s will be done.” What I’m trying to get them to understand is that “God’s will” is a consequence for the decisions we make. I am now understanding that I cannot hold myself responsible for anyone who chooses not to wake up. I realize I will often be alone in my thoughts thought processes and I won’t be able to save everyone I love. I can spread the truth but I can’t force them to believe. This video couldn’t have come at a better moment. Thank you Phil. 💙

After watching this video man i swear it just confirmed to me that i havent been treating my body good at all for many years. I will no longer use drugs , alcohol or eat unhealthy. Detoxifying is the process of eliminating toxins and best to get informed. Also in the plant base be aware of anti nutrients. A few are papaya, broccoli, kale, spinach are toxic in that they are anti-nutrient specially for iodine which is super impt for over all health 😳 Just b informed about metabolic wellness. You mentioned in the video about the heart palpitations. About 5 years ago I woke up having them and had them for about a year on and off. I was eating red meat, chicken, snacking on chips, etc. I was eating my veggies too but not really the fruits....by God's grace i went to the doctors and they said I had a good heart. But for a whole year this happened. It would come from nowhere at all. Fast forward my wife and I moved to Florida 2 years ago and I went plant based about 6 months ago. I started reading up on Dr SEBI, and looking at KZbin videos on Yaki Awakend like you mentioned. Also another page I been following is Minister of Wellness. Dr. Nathaniel Jordan. What shook me to the core is when my pastor would do healing prayers for the church almost everyone would ask for prayer and in my mind I'm like "Why are Christian people always so sick?? If Jesus is God and there is no sickness in Him why are His people ALWAYS sick but Muslims, Hindus and other religions take care of their bodies so much? The Lord led me to study nutrition. And that's when it hit home... Thankfully I live in south Florida where the fruits are in abundance and they are super fresh and sweet so I really don't even eat candy that much anymore. You are right bro. Eat as organic and do the best you can. It's not expensive either. I eat fruit bowls, beans, onions, grains, etc and you can go on tik tok for recipes. Appreciate this video so much😊

@freedomisoutside Жыл бұрын
@@natureocean9466There are actually a lot of people who go that route of clean, grass fed & non-factory or ultra processed meat & they avoid many issues short term but there’s certain issues that just flat out can come from consuming the excess protein & fat content that comes with meat (especially red meats) in general. Too much fat in the diet (no matter where it comes from. Even too many nuts & avocados) cause health issues. Excess fat intake puts you in line with diabetes, high blood pressure, stroke, various cancers etc… I think this is why people tend to have better results with fish but that also comes with its own set of things to worry about. It’s not all people eating junk & over processed meat. Keep in mind practically all meat humans eat is processed. We just simply don’t eat it the way actual carnivores or omnivores do.

You are inspiring. Please keep spreading this lifestyle. My daddy passed from cancer when he was 48. My mom passed from a tumor on her brain almost 3 years ago. I spent the first year after mom eating myself almost to death. I didn’t handle that grief well. I’d eat cry eat cry. My health fell apart and I ended up with a 200s/100s blood pressure and weight just as out of control within 7 months of losing her. Fast forward to now and I am plant based, about 90% raw. I juice a lot , eat lots of fruits. Everything has changed for the better. 🙏🏼❤️ I’m happy you are well.

Great video. My hubby and I are fasting right now where we're eating a lot of plant based foods and we can definitely feel a change with our bodies. We've decided to finally make the change to eat a plant based diet once the fast is over on January 31st. We're gonna start with removing meat from our diet by consuming it only one day a week to see how it goes. Hopefully we'll do without meat all together one day. Praying for great health for you and everyone else watching your videos.❤😊

we eat for different reasons, but hunger seems a primary motive. eliminate simple carbohydrates to level out your sugar and reduce hunger pangs. substitute whole fruits. It's never too late to stop poisoning ourselves.

I lost both my parents as well from heart failure. I’m telling myself the same thing after I felt the worst pain after eating Chick Fil A one morning. That pain was worse than giving birth. Since I’ve cut out so much, I feel way better and only feel pain when I eat something I’m not “supposed” to eat.

I faced similar health problems, but after visiting three different doctors, an African doctor informed me that our body has the ability to reset itself by changing our diet. Following his advice, I eliminated meats and processed foods, I started consuming more fruits and vegetables and detoxifying with smoothies. Thanks for sharing your health journey.

I lost my dad 11 years ago due to congestive heart failure. It was sad to watch his health decline over the span of 4 years before he passed. The medication he was on really sped up the process honestly. I became more health conscious after losing him, but I didn't become plant based until 2021. In 2019 the Holy Spirit started moving me to change my diet, but I fought it because I didn't want it to seem like I was hopping on the "vegan train" and I didn't understand why God would even want me to do that. The longer I fought it the more I would be pressed about it. So, I finally gave in and when I did that I felt like I had become more of myself and I can't explain it any other way. I was shown later why I needed to go plant based and I've inspired my family to be healthier and for that I thank God. I saw someone comment on one of your post that he's relocating to Florida soon and that your channel has been inspiring and helpful concerning the move or something like that. I feel the same because the Lord told me I would relocate to Florida last year and he showed me the city in a dream. I'm just waiting for the green light. Thank God for you and this channel. 💙

I’ve been vegan over 15 years. I do get my blood checked every 6 months to make sure all is good. I do take Iron & B-12. I do take D supplements as well. I am fit & healthy. It is the best feeling to eat clean & healthy. My blood pressure is perfect ! In the mornings I use fruit & greens with a piece of ginger, turmeric and I ground flax seed for my shake. Everything I eat is organic. I eliminate sugar and oils. Thank you for the great info and sharing your experience. I watched one factory farm video that affected my heart. I learned about how our food is processed. It was a horrific video so I started doing my research and learned so much. Started watching vegan recipe KZbin videos talking to my doctor and a nutritionist watching what to eat and make plant-based foods all the while making sure that I stay healthy. I do it for the animals it is more ethical for me. Encourage anybody that is not already plant-based look into it to discover how easy it is to start eating healthy for yourself and doing good for the animals.
