What is the food sensitivities test Chris Paul was referring yo?
@ExpeditionNomadicAdventures Жыл бұрын
I’m 61 and in retirement and transitioned to Plant Base, several years ago, and half my life I have worked out, and my first recognition of how significant “plant foods” means so much to my body was when I recognized my muscles were not sore.

Wise choice! I'm 65, 33+ years whole foods vegan. I train calisthenics regularly (4+ years) and am getting stronger with age. @yomomshouse you eat the "magic" carni diet, so do my leg workout- if you can. Post a video of it. Go: kzbin.info/www/bejne/epTEdnSmibKAosUsi=JdboQVwKZ8Bz2AcP

I really appreciate Chris. He really leaned in on this podcast and kept it real. Very touching when he talked about missing his grandfathers birthday and the other life events he has missed. As a person who travels weekly I relate to this. Such a genuine person. Great discussion led by Rich.

Incredible show. I’m not a basketball fan so not really familiar with Chris Paul, but he is one hell of an intelligent and wise human being. I’m going to read his book because basketball aside, he’s clearly figured out many things about life and I’m eager to hear more of what he has to say.
@BF-27 Жыл бұрын
As a follow up, I did read the book (audible, narrated by CP himself) and it was fantastic. Absolutely incredible story that everyone could benefit from reading/listening to. The world needs more people like CP and his family.

This is beautiful. Chris Paul's obvious love for the family into which he was born and the one he's created with his wife as well as the circle of men who are his brothers is so wonderful to hear about. Continued success, blessings, love and joy. Whew, we're a long way from when I became vegetarian and some took it as an affront. Restaurants offered salad & fries. Lol. Progress 💃🏿💃🏿💃🏿

I research people of status before I purchase products they create or endorse. I know my money has power, and I want to spend it on people worthy of my respect. Mr. Paul is someone to whom I give respect. I like that my admiration covers his beautiful wife, children and extended family. Choosing a wife who looks like his mom and emulating the nurturing parenting skills of his grandfather and pops mean a lot to me. I plan to buy several copies of Mr. Paul’s books

So many guests are excited about good and optimal nutrition has there ever been a dietitian or nutritionist on the program? One of the smartest players on the court I've ever seen...Infuriating how some people only want to point to championship rings as proof of the caliber of a player in a team sport (as if Kyrie could do it without James or KD without Steph) no matter how much better he makes a team or how much that team depends on him to win at all. This has been going on since Elgin and Maravich through Stockton and Malone and now CP3 and Embid as if everyone had the right team, organization AND then a Russel, Clyde, Jabbar, MJ, Magic, Bird, Isiah, Shaq, Duncan, Curry and LeBron on their team, too....and when even the likes of a Wilt, West, Oscar and so on all only won it all just once.
