I cant stand the same shit all the time. Progression tied to some gay currency that you lose if you get kill. Everyone respawns if you get killed. Slow ass fuvkin combat that is limited by stamina, so you can attack only 4 times and then wait. Cryptic bullshit without any story telling only lore with an objective of killing some four bosses because fuck you there is no reason.

Dude that has been done forever, having the same few bosses or boss areas, are you saying Zelda is trash because Ganon is the boss of most games and the same areas are saved, Kokiri forest, Gerudo Dessert, Goron Mountain, Hylian Plains, and Zora Kingdom(or modifications on the same places just renamed)

I am glad I am not alone in disliking Diablo-3 Lore. I did not start playing Diablo 1-2 but had vague memories of maybe 1. I played Diablo 1-2 AFTER Diablo-3-Reaper of Souls. I really dislike the style coming from a warcraft background and seeing World of Warcraft have the same issue as Diablo (of which i came late to in the fanbase).

I 100% only started following your content for Diablo. While waiting for new Diablo episodes to come out, I watched EVERYTHING ELSE. Now, I don't really care what you do, you got me hooked. Never played soul reaver but it turned out to be a very fun loreplay to watch on your channel, and I have been loving the oblivion content more recently. I also go back and rewatch the diablo plays whenever I have the urge. The last thing I'll add is that I would love to see a full main story play through of any of the elderscrolls games in your style, but maybe that is too big of an undertaking lol

Played Diablo III and the expansion with one character, through the main story lines once uninstalled and moved on... meanwhile, I played Diablo II consistently for over 10 years before III came out. Modern Blizzard doesn't understand Diablo.

First of all, happy birthday! 🎉 And honestly, I completely see where you’re coming from, I feel exactly the same about Diablo since D3 (which wasn’t a bad game, but it doesn’t hit the same), and not forcing yourself to make content on it is absolutely the right move. I believe in integrity above all else, it’s good to be honest instead of pretending to like something for the sake of content or validation/approval. This is the way that I will approach Elder Scrolls 6 - they have already said it themselves, it’s probably not going to meet our expectations, and if I don’t feel a connection with the story, I won’t force content either.

Happy to hear that you are 39! I turned 36 a month ago and I was feeling kinda old to be still into videogames, I enjoyed your Diablo II videos during the pandemic, and those videos were awesome! The narrative, the sequence, everything. I have been following you since then. Diablo II has a special place in my heart, I remember after every Act we (me and my friends) were waiting for the cinematics and when the Diablo Hatred of Vessels showed up it was like it was so different (even that song in the background). That's happening with every franchise, or already happened, of our times when we were young, the ones during the 90's and the ones at the beginning of the 2000's, as Diablo, Twisted Metal, Pokemon, Star Wars... It feels as if they are no more for us. Wish you the best, and maybe you can influence adult fans, like us, to play online or something similar, I live in NYC and I wish there could be a place to start a Diablo II adventure with a whole team, as in the past, where my friend and I used to stay until late at night to defeat Diablo.
