Language choice is a means to enter different market, Which should be used by science institutions, but I don't think it's our university language of preference when we are having spare time in a park.

Do senior software engineers have someone who can check they're not using their knowledge wrecklessly? If so who would that be? I appears there is a "bad apple" at the Cambridge office

You DO have an incredible team of researchers and it's exciting to see their dedication to creating things that change society for the better. Keep up the great work. Obstacles come and go, but a great team keeps on going. :-)
