Yep, my wrist on draw arm bends in some. I raced bikes most of my life and we bend the wrist a bit for shock and jumping. This method I hope will help me. My helper has showed my wrist is strongest bent out a bit. We lifted a bucket of water and my and everybody's wrist flexed out just a touch. The bow moved left and draw arm out is what he taught us also. Your demo was great, cant wait to try it. I can now see what he was teaching us, great job showing it.

Thank you so much. This is really helpful for me even I am in Taiwan. haha I also had shoulder tension problems when the set position, especially the anchor would make my neck and front shoulder getting tension.

You say angle the bow out just a bit. I find I have to angle the bow out quite a lot in order to keep my wrist straight through the raise. What could be causing that?

is that also for compounds archers ?
@OnlineArcheryAcademy4 жыл бұрын
Great question! I don't see any reason why not, but I would have to defer to someone with real compound experience for that!

It looks to me as his draw weight is too high as he's having to move close to pull it?
