I am myself an adopted child... according to my experience some challenges faced by me - my status became secondary infront of my parent's own child....and relatives says "Ghar me Dharmsala khol rakha he" .....but now i am more close and responsible to my parents thn my siblings n i am happier now...but it took me a lot to make it happen

If a couple in India wants to adopt a child.. In most cases neither parents nor in laws supports adoption.. This mentality should be changed. More than 30 milliion children are orphange in India. Govt. should also ease child adoption process.

Main issues is in our society.. couple prefer to accept and get attached with their own child. There are many couple thought like ,when they adopted society will not accept this.. There are still some mindsets, they thought that adopted child will not suitable to build a family. even couple who have infertility, they also have this type of mantality. solution: point 1: Awareness point 1: To aware about the reality fact, couple can also make a family with adopted male/female child.

Strict conditions for Income, Property, Finances, Age limits and children are also not propery cared in orphan houses. Children are coming from poor backrounds and difficult to for children to adopt in new home.

After the receipt of the referral letter, An Individual Unmarried adult of close relative can give the Guardianship letter to the prospective adoptive parents (Means if a close relative who is Unmarried and an adult of age below 40 years, can give the Guardianship letter, if in case of any miss happening happens to the prospective parents or it has to be a married copule who can only give the referral letter)? My brother in law is an Indian Unmarried adult of age below 40 years and is ready to give currently and in future also, the gurdian ship letter. Just confused whether individual or married copule only can give the Guardianship letter? Please it's a humble request to revert this Question

You uploaded this video now only and u are still refering JJ act 2015. Its been amended in 2021 and accirdingly adoption regulations is also amended in 2022. Its all ulta pulta, there is no more any rooe of courts. Again, its not the lenghthy process, its the non availability of legally free children for adoption as the all the children u memtioned here is not legally free, all orphans are nit totally given up by adoption by gaurdians. The fee is too less again, try to concieve once, it cost 2 to 3 lakhs. But, adoption cost onpy 56 rs. In total.

As a adopted person myself, I wish adoption should be stopped in India, as after the adoptive parents have there own children they neglect the adopted child. Talking about legal formalities its very difficult for the adopted child.
