Kudos to the team for this video. As an assistant Professor of sociology I have a few observations: 1. The part on English is perfect. You can see the discrepancies in class structure in West Bengal where English was banned at the primary level by the erstwhile Left front government. It led to a mushrooming of private English mediums where only the upper castes and rich went and their children now get most government and private jobs. 2. Skill based education. I teach at a rural college and most of my Students drop out to pursue a degree in nursing or Pharma or some skill. The government doesn’t provide these courses en masse. Hence they spend lakhs on these courses after taking a loan. This is unfair to the rural and urban poor. Hope these pointers help you guys. Thanks again for making this video

4:38 This is very true, I graduated from local Tier 3 college (Bcom) they didnt even have their own building (campus toh door ki baat hai) ground floor and 1st floor is factory, 2nd, 3rd floor classes, 4th floor naam ke liye Auditorium aur wahi pe ek table laga diye toh canteen bhi. I regret coz I ruined my college life and teachers are even worst, keeps checking notes every 2days (kuch samajh mei Aya ke nai wo nai pata bas they want notes to be completed), Infact this college is very near to Varun's Apartment Thanks i found Avalon army before COVID, learnt many things ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Aage bhut time hai Unicorn banane mein In the process you will figure out ki you really want to do it or not.

India's System is focused mostly on literacy and knowledge but never on education. Ive lived my entire life in india and never met a single person that understands the difference between being a knowledgeable person and an educated person. This is why india might be in the top economic countries but doesn't even get involved in a discussion of developed countries. As long as 99% of indians that are uneducated right now live under the delusion that they're educated, India will forever be a developing country . India is already perfect right....why are we even discussing this?? 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️

this tiering not geographical rather facilitative degradational tiering make even the time spent in eduction suffocating, after which lead the NEET perspective living because there is no cause if one to make money others are withers away. solutions 1) central / union govt & state govt edu bodies should annex on their strengths & weakness complimentary each other. 2)school should depict & perform versatility on it's processes on current scientific methods. finally 3)people should think free so give our self a chance on this endeavour.
