हाँ यह बड़ी विकट और जटिल समस्या है कि कैसे हम हमारे सरकारी सेवकों को यह समझायें कि वे सेवक ना कि राज के अधिकारी! सेवक हैं इसका अर्थ यह नहीं कि उन्हें सम्मान नहीं दिया जाये बल्कि पद को सम्मान दिया जाये और उस पद पर आसीन व्यक्ति विशेष को व्यक्ति तक ही सम्मान दिया जाये जो हर मनुष्य का जन्म सिद्ध अधिकार है। परिवर्तन चाहिए!
