Almost one year ago Varun from KZbin channel Mountain Trekker had mentioned this point of 500 processing free while withdrawing money from that particular bank/ATM. Varun was mentioning in his video that 500 processing fee was mentioned while withdrawing so he skipped that ATM and did the withdrawal from another ATM.

If the person intentions are clear and going for only tourism provided with all required paperwork then no issue. Else most of them are trying to illegally enter to European countries. That’s why Serbian officials are deporting people back to their countries.

Vaccination is very much required but airline did only check RTPCR but it was checked at Serbian immigration...
