I'm in my 40s, infj and most likely autistic (not officially diagnosed), but I'm enjoying your channel ❤Yes I overthink constantly. When I'm working from home, I feel like I should be cleaning, when I'm cleaning I feel like i should be playing with my dogs, when I'm playing with ny dogs I feel llike I should be working out, etc. Plus the overall thinking about things I said or acted cringy 2 years ago plus self talk about how my family members probably hate me because I'm weird and avoid gatherings, plus general thoughts about groceries, news, how all my loved ones are going to die, etc and to top it off I always have a song stuck in my head in the background. So yeah, i definitely relate 😂❤

Omg yes to all of this! I’m the same way. I was a stay at home mom with my kid when he was young, and it was painful sometimes to just sit and play with him because my brain would not stop thinking about all the other things I should have been doing instead. I always say it’s like I have 100 tabs open in my mind at the same time.

@theallisoncompendium Exactly!! I'm trying things like self hypnosis to try and live in the moment more, to think less. Because what kind of life is it to always be thinking i need to be doing something other than what I'm currently doing? Not great.

It’s like you’re reading my mind! I feel this whole video so hard. It’s been a while since I’ve thought about my Myer Briggs type, but I’ve been doing some work on myself and one of your videos came on my feed. And now I have to watch all of them!
