I’m an introvert but I’m a natural leader. I can’t help it. Sometimes I even try to avoid it, but it’s inevitable. I will always step up and lead

Probably a person who just goes with the flow and imitate everyone else to try and fit in. A great leader no doubt, as we are on the subject ;)

Don't aim at success - the more you aim at it and make it a target, the more you are going to miss it. For success, like happiness, cannot be pursued; it must ensue... as the unintended side-effect of one's personal dedication to a course greater than oneself. Viktor Frankl

The desire for power itself is an important factor. The most powerful positions tend to attract the worst psychopaths. This is why Plato insisted that the rulers (the philosopher kings) would be unwilling to serve as leaders, but must do so out of a sense of duty. No wise person would desire such power. I think many people sense this, and this is why Gandhi had some of his respect. Tolkein tells us that power corrupts. We should not be surprised when we discover that our leaders are evil.

You judge the speech not based on your own perception of the speech but on statistics and observations of others reactions? This seems a very odd way to go about it when the speech is right infront of you to judge for yourself. Now you will claim that you did just that but it will just make your list seem even more silly.
