NIO will either become a giant of a company or going bust. I've been all in: no diversification. Just everything in one stock, except for my house and money in my banks for bills and emergency fund. That's how people get rich. Let's go NIO. If I'm wrong about NIO, I'll still live the same... Just keep on working for other people.

i was 90% telsa ,before last tesla event and 10% after the tesla event i swiched got 90% nio 10 tesla . if i kept my tesla position i coud be the most happy person now i am the most unhappy . every time i wait to explode and every time disappointment. tomorow is my last day of nio if they dont deliver on nio day i dont see a future.

Because Xpeng does not spend on infrastructure and NIO is creating an ecosystem I favor NIO on the long run

X-peng has no battery swap so I’d never buy one. Battery degradation is the main reason I would never buy an EV.

after i hear Nio can not build they own car to use they own battery swap for firefly . how shoud other company do it .... very disappointed again . if continue like what will never see my money back

Nio can utilize the swap station to be a digital media. Cooperate with LCD manufacture to put a big LCD there as an advertisement media. No cost spent but can generate income

I need 3k more. I should of bought them in the low 4.30's. I think NIO is going to soar tomorrow. Over 5 this week. But can it hold even 5. It trades with all the other car stocks. They could announce $10 per share revenue it would still trade at 5!

I wonder how the after service and general issues after a year or so with differant models and brands of Chinese cars? I know over here in the UK the MG seems to be a popular car but the service and issues with them are terrible.

Please be more precise about MG: MG4, MG5, MG Marvel, MG ZS EV It is quite unlikely that they all cause issues at a mentionable scale.

No way XPENG can be compared to NIO. 5 star safety rating and battery swap is more than sufficient to make it better than XPENG. I am surprised with your comparison.

i think the video was more of why investors like XPENG over NIO. I'll make this easy. YTD NIO is -50% and XPEV is -15%.

Correct, but Xpeng generates in a year only half of what NIO earns. Xpeng sells more cars, but they are cheaper, so they cannot earn the same as NIO, they need to sell an even greater volume. NIO has little competition in the premium car market and will soon add more pressure to Xpeng when ONVO takes off and Firefly hits the streets.

I think batteryswap is going to be super-interesting businessmodel with FSD gargofleet in the future. People don't need swap that much, but those driverless fully automatic semitrucks which can be on the road 24/7. If they could stop by and swap battery without human interaction, that would mean ongoing fleet without pauses.

@SailingTerra I hate to agree with your concern, but yes.. It seems that Nio somehow tends to forget the big picture of it's strategy and rushes out new models and this and that. Somehow there's furniture and lounge design.. and then smartphones.. and some sort of cooperation with so many companies.. and brand with sub-brand with another sub-brand.. luxury and cheaper and very cheap.. And like.. Is Nio Onvo, or Firefly? If I invest, what does the stock actually represent?

I first bought XPev and after i bought NIO. Becouse i thought that Nio is more stable. (But now worst) . Do you know anything about LKCO. I have lot from those. But all is extremelly down. I have lots from them. 2025 Willbe a year of Chinese recovery?

Bought 7k shares of NIO at these fire sale prices looking to add3k more. Lucid compared to NIO. Lucid is way over valued like tesla. And NIO is so far disconnected and undervalued it makes 0 sense.

I SMELL BIASM. Have you invested in xpeng now. Because nothing u say makes sense. It aren't any more premium than ONVO not on the inside and not on the outside either. xpeng has strange dimensions on all their cars though, and they look very Chinese. NIO on the other hand are a car that stands out, because it doesn't look like a Chinese car (Chinese cars have historically always looked strange and uglier than European) Those will for sure not last longer, the material on the seats and dashboard reminds me of Opel, particularly Calibra. Looks good at first sight but soon you will get disappointed. Besides that you not only get a car with ONVO, you will have benefits on the whole lifespan of the car. The car will last and be up to date for a lot longer timespan than an expeng. NIO are at the same level as BMW & MERCEDES, expeng are NOT. Even ONVO seems to be more of a real and robust car than expeng, on top of that all the battery options and all around that.

In contrast, Xpeng needs to deliver 126,627 vehicles in December to reach its target of 280,000, which seems highly unrealistic based on their current sales trend. Therefore, NIO's management is both cautious and confident about meeting its targets, and there are valid reasons why investors might prefer NIO over Xpeng.

Nio has been diluted significantly and will have increased expenses in 2025. While Xpeng is ramping up sales and scale and is adding new segments (robotics, flying cars*, etc). If Nio would cancel the battery swap I would be more be more bullish, because battery technology is advancing at a rapid rate.
