Depends highly on what you study and your motivation in life. Some people make a good living on philosophy. Granted, they're very few, but they do exist. But sure, if you want to really maximize your chance of wealth, probably do something else. Engineering ain't so bad, tho. Or any degree that requires a lot of hard math. It means there's less competition for the jobs you can get with it, and so the wage you do end up with is liable to be higher. And with that wage, you can start making investments.

This was quite interesting to watch! given ETH's high gas fees and the oncoming release of Cardano (erc20 converter) and also the recent run-up with Binance Chain, I foresee an exodus for Ethereum and would take profits and swap ETH to ADA and BNB to hedge against ETH not being able to fully deliver scalability until 2022?. Thoughts?

Cardano is a great chain and it will remain a big player, but it's not going to "kill" Ethereum. Just in terms of investing, ETH is also about to see an immense drop in supply entering the market, which is enormous from a supply/demand perspective alone. Deflationary ETH is absolutely coming. Is ADA good? Yes. Is ETH good? Yes. I don't know why the ADA boys are intent on the two having to kill each other... Probably Charles Hoskinson comments if I had to guess. The dude's guts. Cardano and Ethereum can and will coexist. Cardano will not flip Ethereum. Your gains on ADA will still be great.

This was very interesting to watch! I think it's quite possible that to some degree the BTC price was "brought" down recently to give institutional buyers a chance to buy at lower prices, these institutions aren't buying Bitcoin because they think the dollar price will stay at these levels. Yes, it's likely that around the end of this year there might be some kind of huge growth in the crypto market most especially Bitcoin, but whether prices in dollars will then drop 85% is not clear. By the end of the year, a lot of fiat printing will have occurred and prices of goods may be beginning to rise faster. Thoughts?

It would take the power from the communist politicians and turn society in a market based mode. That means that you will pay directly for the services that today you would receive through taxes from government, but without the state as a middleman. That will reduce costs and improve quality, because you are in control what to buy, not the corrupt or stupid politicians. And you will pay less taxes because you will pay only for what you need. But it means of course too, that nobody will get something for free anymore.

What is Robert talking about that silver can't be bought right now? Sure you can. Maybe not in the millions, but who's trying to buy millions worth of silver anyways. Alexandra needs to step it up by helping Robert clarify. Also, im not sure if silver being used in industry is a good thing for the price. When the price of silver goes up, better technology is invented to extract more of it out of the earth. The influx would cause the price to crash, given that the circulating supply has been dwindling.

No, Fed coin would essentially be like a digital US dollar but without an equivalent paper version. Fed would still be able to trace the money and essentially be in control of the money, crypto is different as its decentralised from the Fed, they can't trace I and they can't control it

in a way it is. Most people don't notice but the FedCoin has been in existence for a while. Most financial transaction are done, digital when you get paid from your employer they just deposit credits in your bank account, when you buy something most people use plastic for the transaction. So this has been going on for the last ten years and eventually every single financial transaction would be digital. So the people in the margins of society will not be able to buy even with fiat currency because slowly but surely everybody will need digital dollars to buy sell and do anything in society.
