That's a great question and it comes down to what you intend to do with the property, whether for example you are refurbing the property and selling it on or converting it to a HMO for a more long-term investment.

@@TheSajHussain My strategies were to buy standard buy to lets like 2 bed terraces with little work doing however wanted my next one to be brrr but if thats not happening im considering is it best to get another buy to let at lets say £85k instead of £75k or wait? Ive looked for similar trends in the past and 2008 house sale prices were higher than they are worth right now so i dont want to be in a negative equity like the buyers in 2008, them sort of prices were a disasater. Im talking houses worth 75k now were sold for like 90k in 2008.
