Istg, alot of commenters would take influencers on PED's telling them to eat raw meat more seriously, than a normal guy telling them not to buy unhealthy food. It shows you how effective it is to convince people by preying on their insecurities, they'll believe anyone that has their dream body and dismiss anyone with the opposite.

People are always gonna be pathetic af! I get the same hate on my physique to this day. I use to be 220lbs at 30%bf! The last few years I’ve built significant amount of muscle, but my bodyfat remains a lil on the higher side at 24% BF. I’m currently 203lbs at 5’6. Still on the heavier side,but my body composition is definitely better and am currently dedicated to a proper cut, I literally bench 260lbs for reps, squat 315lbs for reps, and preacher curl 160lbs for reps, and shoulder Dumbell press 95s for reps. Currently eating around 2’000cals a day, But nobody gives af about all the hard work I put in, they still call me fat just because I don’t look like a roided out Instagram model.

I remember a friend of mine seeing a picture of myself and some other acquaintances from the team and mentioning in a funny tone a relatively obese man and if he is a manager of the team or anything. (I was holding myself from bursting laughing since that guy had like gotten enough golden medals during his active time to both nationally and internationally to make him one of the best our country ever had 😂)

I thought this was going to be a rip on the guy but its the opposite , and yes that is true he can probably tell you how to lose weight a lot better than most. I lost 120 pounds once what helped me was eating one meal a day and drinking lots of water or not eating at all that day .

This ideology is why I started posting on social media in the first place. When I was big, I wanted to find people who actually understood the struggle to listen to their advice; and it's incredibly hard to find. People that haven't *legitimately* struggled with their weight, don't really understand what it's like, and while they can do their best to empathize, it's just not the same.

I was pushing 300 lb 4 years ago I started doing more and eating less.. I'm down to 190 now. 100%. That starts at the store. I'd buy a bag of Doritos And eat the whole bag the same day. Now I just don't buy the bag of chips.

If anyone didn’t already know, people judge a person subconsciously and consciously based off their appearance first. A prime example is with Vshred, he had no damn clue what he was doing in the gym but looked shredded so everyone thought he was legit 😂

Listening to influencers is one of the worst things to take advice from. Most of these fitness influencers are probably taking steroids and other drugs to keep their shape, their bodies dont even look natural at all.
