​@@Say_My_Name-- Sir, it depends on you, if your stem cells are healthy then you can donate them but if not they they it's not mandatory to give your stem cells, this test will tell you about your different HLA types and they are healthy or not, so if you want to know that then you can give test.

I think registering the hla type of every person should be mandatory and should be run as a polio campaign and it's not difficult as we all perform blood work and blood tests, so samples r there but testing is not done, all the pathology labs or blood banks should be made compulsory to collect hla data from blood samples !
