You’ve certainly exposed the sad, rundown, abandoned features of Chaleroi. 😢! And to think this desolate landscape was once a vibrant, enterprising town filled with Busy, contented Belgian folk! You’re right though Carl, this is not representative of Belgium 🇧🇪 when you consider the impressive places I’ve visited there like Ghent and Bruges.

Thanks Bernard. I’d love to see more of Belgium. Charleroi is in decline but it has sort of embraced its hideousness. It’s certainly unique!
