The Turkish government had to intervene as the Greeks were massacring Turkish families as they wanted the island for themselves. The government has paid the Greeks compensation for the properties they left behind that’s the research I have found

You're talking garbage, Cyprus was 78% Greek and 13% Turkish, they had every right to choose the destiny of their own country, by your reckoning London should be Chinese because there is a minority of Chinese there.

Very cheap try to discredit other competitors😏 Learn about the past before you tell something. Cyprus has been a part of the Ottoman empire for hundreds of years, before this empire leased the island in 1878 to the United Kingdom, who in turn, allowed Greek citizens to settle on Cyprus. From that moment on problems, and eventually and over many many years, massacres of turkish citizens by Greek patriot groups and later, by police and army troops, began. Anyone who is interested in what really happened, I recommend „The Cyprus Question“ by Michael Stephen MP, an independent overview.

@@corinathelen2143 Pls dont diminish our brains & extinguish the facts. On your point alone on Cyprus inhabitants, Cyprus has greek population findings for the last 4,000 years (BC); thats from mass migration from Achaian Greeks (peloponese), who traded & sailed the Aegean way before the Mongol Turks were conceived! Another fact is that there are human populations on the island for the last 10,000 years (BC), greeks or not (ancient choirokitia village/settlement)… Your precious Turks in Cyprus have been occupying the island from 1571 onwards & had population transfers. You cannot compare 4,000 years of Greek presence for little more than 300 years of turkish rule & occupation (till 1878) or the 1960’s count of 78-80% G/c’s to 16-18% T/c’s, many of them from greek roots, as G/c’s in the period 1571 to 1878 converted to islam in order to save their families & properties…..let them have DNA tests to see how many of them have greek blood…

This is a good and informative video, but why do you have the headline "WHY IS EVERYONE LEAVING?". Probably just to get more views, but all you do is scaring investors away! You say nothing about people leaving in this video. You are not the only one, its becoming a trend with the realtors now.
