Oh wow , explains so much , thank you Nancy , I have had many experiences where I was being grounded by spirit back in 2009 , I just didn’t understand it all , my ankles being held at a healing ( the healer wasn’t touching them ) , a being I saw focusing on my root chakra, whilst I indignantly kept bringing the energy up to my crown, this happened three times. My body feeling like lead after I came back into it after an OBE . A healer handing me an Arcturian grounding pendant when she realized I too was an Arcturian soul. I am very lazy with spiritual work and also I fear it. But I can see how I am being assisted now. 👍🌹

Thanks for the reminder to ground myself! I have light that flicker in 3 rooms of my house. Either as confirmation of someone I am listening to (they will actually flick to the voice) or incoming messages from the spirits!

I am in Canada, and we got a good dump of snow. Has been very cold this last while. As per grounding, I am unable to walk on grass...but I heard that immersing in a bath of water with epsom salts could also help.

thanks for sharing your experience Nancy. I just got a grounding/earthing mat since i can't walk barefoot due to difference in leg lengths & other issues. I use it when @ my computer station & on sofa evenings. Helps arthritis and sleep as well.

I usually have electronica act up around me when i get anrgy. And to fix that i just have to breathe and calm myself down. Then they work just fine. One story that sticks with me though is ....about 15 or so years ago i was working as a mail processing clerk on the letter ma hines, and my partner was one that would rather stand about and talk than work, and we were on a tight deadline... We miss the truck people don't get their mail on time. So i was just angry and even if i only did "my share" i still ended up having to so theirs, so i just put my headphones on and did the work. And in no time i was calm and moving quickly, and it was a souble sided machine so the most effective way for me to do the work was to walk in circles around the machine.. After about an hour or so i had biult up so much energy the power to the whole building shut off. Not once but 3 times. Just boom. They'd get back on and boom out again. After the 2nd time i felt much better. The 3rd was just fun but it discharges the last of the energy and i felt much cooler and a bit happier.

Makes me think back on when my husband died, and also the weeks before that happened and long afterwards. All lamps in the kitchen went, I lost my email address, the dishwasher and the waterheater broke down, water all over the house. The batteries of the solar panel system gave up, and because of not having a way to store the incoming power there was a shortcut with the beginning of fire. The channel got stuck, again water all over the house. Much more things happened but I remember it all had to do with electricity and water. I think I had a bunch of angels around to prevent the worst. I knew it was me, my state if mind, but that didn't prevent it from happening. I was afraid, I had to build up self-confidence, and that took time.
