Hey Serge Quick question, seems like you build/release and then let the client leave. So no MRR, only getting new clients in ? Or you sell them multiple infrastructures over time to increase LTV

B&R gets them in the door since it's a lot of value, then you retain them on optimization. Aka if my B&R offer is $15k to build customer acquisition funnels - SLOs, you end up with recurring needs -> ( creatives, someone to do media buying, cro, etc) I can sell you a retainer + % of growth to solve these recurring needs. The reason why B&R is better than leading with the retainer or growth partner model is that the TAM size of people who want the "customer acquisition system" implemented is WAY BIGGER than the people who can afford Implementation AND management. So you have a front end offer that prints and that is productized, and the BEST clients (rich clients) you retain them to solve recurring needs ;)
