I worked a festival a few years ago, and he was on the second stage. Dude put it all out on the stage that day, a real old school performer. RIP to him, I couldn’t get him on the artist transport for over an hour after his set because he met with EVERY fan that wanted to talk to him. He was the real deal. It’s unfortunate that he didn’t get the recognition he deserved, but I know he enjoyed the little bit that he got at the end. A real one.
