Wonder why so many adults can't accept life isn't fair. Imagine someone that has been playing soccer his whole life from as a kid and he can't bare the fact that he doesn't have the genes for soccer. While another guy has good soccer genes and can learn the same things in a shorter time span. But he doesn't even use it. Life is completely unfair for everyone but some can't accept it.

babes, not only as a child you are being told. You are being told over and over and over and over and over and over and over again that this society is somehow meritocratic in nature and that everyone has a fair chance at life. Meritocracy is embedded in culture due to the fact that the society can not survive without the commitment of the individual to the group. Love and fairness is what you have all been sold in order to enslave yourselves to a life of servitude, pay your taxes and procreate. It's not that someone told you a story when you were a kid. The myth of meritocracy is embedded in religion, school, politics, family life and business. Imagine that every child that grows up would be told that this world is savagery and you must step on dead corpses to survive. How stable would a society be based on such beliefs? We'd be back to the middle ages in no time. At its core life is meritocratic in its true nature however humans have created throughout history systems of oppression in order to protect their privilege. The curent democratic system is nothing but a farce because it is only a cosmetisised play meant to distract you from what the people in power are actually doing both in society and with your brain because believe me they are fully in control of what you think you know. Like Jim Morrison once said off the top of his lungs during a concert "YOU'RE ALL A BUNCH OF SLAVES!!!" :)))

God of the Bible did not create individual fairly, some people are born lucky with intelligence to help them solves their everyday problems easily and to understand the Bible, others are born not that intelligent enough, they have difficulty to solve their life's problem making their life more miserable than those lucky ones, they didn't not understand bibles even they tried to read and understand it due to their weak brain. We know God is just and God is Love but there's no bible verse stating that God equally loves all person, they are born lucky they have easy life because their brain can handle those problems. I really feel sorry for the unlucky ones. God of the Bible is really unfair, I do believe in everlasting life that sins will still occur, Envy will still be committed by those people even there is no food scarcity.

Here I am, sitting in the comments section alone with school and my parents just pushing me to my breaking point, where I want to say goodbye to this world. I feel like life sucks the way it is today because there are unfair powers that certain groups of people can take advantage against others. Take the parents for example: the only thing that comes to mind for some of the parents is for their child to have the best grades possible or not do something bad, even though the kids want to make their dreams come true without worrying about education making their dreams shatter. Schools can take advantage of giving many homework to students so they have less time to socialize or hang out with their families or whatever. If anyone has been reading this so far, then you have received my trust to help me feel much better in today’s standards, because I’ve been struggling with all my school stuff and the family issues.

We are told to chose a career path, get a degree and your life will be better. Nobody tells you that to get to that point you need to be privileged, you need a ton of money. Otherwise you are riddled with debt, stress, and mental frustration. You need a good job to do well in life but you can’t have a good job without a degree and experience, but school is very expensive. You will acquire debt that you cannot pay off and your life just became that much more difficult. I've always known life wasn't fair and it is fair to understand that. For me, I just wish it would let up. I wish that whatever pressure that is being pressed upon me by some invisible force would finally let up for once. It's almost become predictable when bad things happen to me. I want the good things to be more noticeable not the bad. I've done everything everyone's told me to do to to overcome these negative situations. I try and be more "positive" and I mean genuinely. I've tried everything and its like the harder I resist, the worse it gets. I can't keep pretending that the demon that follows is trying so hard to make sure i know how much he is screwing things up for me. I pray to God and something I feel like there's a little relief but there always the storm that lingers down the road. That storm you can't avoid. I just want to look forward and see the light and know that it will be better when I get there. And yes, I am well aware that there will be struggles always. But can they please stop coming at me with full force like a nuclear bomb?? I don't mind the minor inconveniences. And I'm okay with the occasion catastrophe but when its back to back... somethings got to give ya know? I will say that knowing that I'm not alone. I just wish there was something that could be done. This is exactly what i am going through now - being always kind to others, sharing compasion and love and like many others, I felt I deserved some of that goodness back into my life, by way of having certain expectations and they did not matched with my desired outcome and now I am questioning lifes unfairness and why this is happening to me? Where I have selflessly given so much to society, where you do expect some rewards for good behaviour and they don't materialise. I do however feel, I am awarded with little things in life, I have shelter, food, water and a beautiful son, I am healthy and I can see and hear through my eyes and ears, I am still able to enjoy lifes abundance, so maybe its about appreciating the little things we already have and not just focusing on what we don't have.

What makes me think life is unfair is that there are some people like Jeff bezos or Andrew tate that are living life to the fullest without having to worry about anything because they have millions or even billions. Meanwhile I’m over here crying on my birthday because my parents can barely pay for mortgage, bills, insurance and all of that stuff, my parents are also sometimes sad because of this. Some situations like being in an abusive relationship should not, perhaps cannot be accepted. I know from experience trying to accept THAT situation will only shut you down. But if you, even through your tears, one day at a time, you keep working eventually you'll have the money to move out, the next time he blows up. I am there. It is an odd place on this other side- not jubilant, kind of blank, neutral, spiritual calm acceptance. But yes before the calm everything seems very unfair.

Unfairness in my opinion stems from childhood, the environment we grow at strives to raise rights and equality, and that shows even in the movies we watch or how we teach our children, we also have that circumstances where we needed to make sense of unfair advantages among people of different individuality (some people being more favorable etc.) That resulted us to create systems that doesn't apply to all situations, thus hurting our ego when not established, for example at jobs, we made systems that tells us when we are fit for that certain job and we just have to follow it, but then other factors like beauty, timing and status might affect how the hiring might go, thus making us feel like we did our best though still rejected. I think we should be taught at the very first that life doesn't always bless you no matter how diligent or kind you are. We should have been taught that life is more like a random fate, and that mind power is the most importabt thing if we want to succeed.

@@learner4375 I am in my 70's and I have learned to do things that I enjoy regardless of what others do. I agree that the ability to live with a new adventure of discovering your own personal journey is a strange and challenging experience. I am very grateful that I have made this transaction and I don't miss the things that I used to define my life around. I still have some of my previous friends who have loved me and enjoy my company. I admit that I was not expecting to lose people who I considered lifelong pals. I don't drink alcohol, I can't do athletic stuff, I am not defined by my work. I am very interested in new endeavors that are different from the past. I don't think that it is important to dwell on the past ,it is entirely different from my current life. My love and the joy of living is just as strong. I read more, I have learned way more about what is really important for me to thrive and flourish. Eating healthy foods is a great adventure for everyone in developing new tastes and eating habits. I have made some new friends who are interested in the same things that I find fascinating. I sew, I garden, I swim, I write daily, I am on utube, which is very odd for me, And I don't compare myself with others, or with my own younger years. I have met many people who are artists and their own perspectives and views are very compatible with mine. I am open to the world with a variety of options and I am never bored or even regretful. Life is precious and change is inevitable and constantly happening. I wish you well and a gift for learning to live with peace and joy in the journey of exploration and building a new relationship with wonderment and awe in expressing your own personal creativity and dreams. Take a leap of faith and trust in your heart to achieve the success of being alive and focusing on what is a blessing now as you are now regardless of the circumstances. Have fun!

The whole stoic attitude of observation non judgement etc is not actually good for living an amazing life. It is a pessimistic view of life who haven't found it to make it work their way. Sometimes all we can do is surrender and accept, but we don't have to accept and surrender on bad situations or things. We can pray. And that is powerful.

Maybe the terminology of "fairness" is an oversimplification and misleading BUT there are definitely ppl that have it easier than others. Others that seem to suffer WAY MORE than others. And that's upsetting and frustrating to say the least. Like why do others have to adjust their thinking to deal with life while others just have it good. "Well how do you know they have it good?" LOL because you can see. Don't mean to sound so shallow but thats a fact of life unfortunately. Its definitely good for some and can absolutely suck for others... Learning your desires dont matter and probably won't manifest helps but turn you see others seamlessly get lucky, some ALL the time. Like wtf is that? For me it’s unfair cause I have to work since I’m 11 till now doing physical labour the only upside is I’m stronger than all my seniors and classmates but still the downside outweighs it a lot sleeping late going home tired getting scolded getting burnt and carrying heavy stuff and not being able to have time for myself to hang out or how many people I rejected so many people that I actually wanna be in a relationship with is just that I can’t fit her into my schedule I don’t promise what I can’t do so I just hide my feelings for her even when she said she loved me I can’t respond the same way cause of my personal problems and nobody knows only you guys so it’s very stressful

There may initially be some effort to accept, but true acceptance is effortless in that it's a releasing of resistance, a relaxing into the moment, a surrendering to what is. Nope nope, in a way it makes sense in a way it is super depressing. Luck / fortune/ intangibles of being at the right place or doing the right thing at the right time, not necessarily being perfect... Plays a bigger role much bigger role than most people realize... You can pour all your efforts into writing a book, trying to please a crush, trying to save some regional your home state, etc but sometimes just no matter what you do it just won't work out, so you just have to make the most of the available situations I suppose there until something works or something works again, and it is depressing that we can burn out on certain hobbies and basically never want to do it again, or at least this is a BPD kind of thing maybe lmao... But for sure it helps to know to remember the bad times during the absolute stellar times to make it feel better and know that when it doesn't work out it isn't all your faults and when it works great it isn't all just because you're great xD sounds counterintuitive, but trust me it works wonders

I think we get the idea of life being fair is we have and i know i have def seen some people who have had amazing lives and lived it to fullest till and old age, then others abused, broke, in debt and holding on the the little dreams we have left.
