I have been to Denmark 🇩🇰 so many times and I loved every minute of my stay. The people are cool and very respectful and receptive to foreigners and if they wanna keep to themselves then that’s fine.

Honestly I think it depends. I thought the same about Czech Republic but I have never been so wrong about the country, everyone was welcoming and I had the time of my life there.

@@imhassane I think you’re right, it depends on a lot of different factors, and on who you are as a person. However according to Expat Insider 2023 reports under Ease of settling in category (precisely finding friends) Denmark ranked 53 out of 53 in that list while Czech Republic ranked 30. Therefore I think its safe to say that it’s a general issue expats face. Thanks for your input.

Because Dannish people, as other europeans want to hang around people who are similar to them. Africans and people from middle east are not that. Why is it so hard to comprehend that. Stop forcing people to accept everyone.
@TimeWithStephen3 ай бұрын
I don’t think you get the significance of this discussion. No one is forcing to be accepted. Being able to make friends with locals helps with the integration process which is a vital topic in any European country. Having this discussion will enlighten many foreigners so as to not have higher expectations and also not misjudge them.

Its interesting to people since in Africa people are very warm and inviting in most areas. You can end up being invited to someone's home just when you meet them as a foreigner
