I don’t know your story but if she wanted to see other people she probably didn’t feel heard or seen and her needs weren’t being met. And was hoping you’d want to work on things by opening yours eyes to the fact that things weren’t working to the point of her leaving. There’s usually two sides to the story and if you want a relationship that last you’ll have to figure out your part in it. Sounds like you don’t want a relationship from your comment, so good for you for finding what fits you best! Cheers!

As someone with degree in counseling, yes recent research has found that the 5 stages of grief are not in order. Older information will tell you its in order. Im glad that you came to the correct conclusion that people can go through them at anytime, again. And most therapists know this. People go through those stages, in and out and also out of order.

She hasn’t. You have rationalized every available option, and came to the term that staying friends with her, while your trying to move on, wouldn’t be emotional benifisial for you. I want to point out that you have no reason to argue or try to convince your ex to not be in contact. As long as you were nice to her before, during and after the break up, you don’t have any reason to stand your ground and try to shoot her shots at you down. Unsettling how someone that claimed to love you comes over, has sex with you, then immediately tells you he’s not feeling it anymore. He gave me some bullshit excuses about why he wanted a break. I don't understand why my ex is mad at me he's the one that dumped me but continues out of three women that he has been with 😮He continues to stay in contact with me!!! With me ignoring all his Facebook fake pages!!! Ignoring his messenger messaging me 🤦🤦Answer the phone why are you not answering you're ignoring me🤔 blah blah blah blah blah and then he calls me private all the time out of all these women he continues to do it Three years 😭😭😭 of this and he just recently had a baby I heard 🥴So I'm like shouldn't you be like in my mindset shouldn't you be paying attention to all of that🤦🤦🤔 And recently I think he passed me in my neighborhood and I moved how the heck did he find me crap 🙄🙄🙄 Time to move again I think he's a narcissist help why won't he let me go😭😭😭 and what does thumbs up mean because I don't answer the phone like but continues to call private over and over again at least fifty times if not More

I hope your doing well and trying your best to ignore your ex. I want you to think about this. If he’s truly happy with his new girlfriend, why is he still contacting you or sending pictures of their relationship? This is a sign that he isn’t paying a lot of attention to his girlfriend and he is waiting for that “I miss you,” text from you. You need to move on,block him you did nothing wrong and therefor you don’t need to testify to him why your blocking him or when.
