Adam is the real deal. I’m always leery of dealing with people on the Internet I don’t know, but I trusted Adam’s look and his voice, and he turned out to be a fair and honest guy. He solved a problem for me that he talks about in this video when nobody else could. I plan to use him in the future and certainly recommend him to help you with your computer issues especially with this printer problem he discusses here.

Thank you for your comment Dave. We have had several other business people contact us to help them resolve their scan to email issues. We have been able to provide tips and suggestions for them to resolve it themselves. However if someone wants us to simply make it work, that is the business we are in.

Yes that is the same problem. in order to fix it you will need to know your mail service providers smtp information. This information can be found by a google search ie. "what is outlook smtp server settings?" Answer below SMTP server name smtp-mail.outlook.com SMTP port 587 SMTP encryption method STARTTLS You will also need to know your routers gateway details. This can be found in a windows pc by accessing the command prompt app "cmd" type in ipconfig /all
