Brilliant video Oscar. I absolutely love your story telling and having known very little about Panerai other than the Italian navy aspect your teaching me so much about the history of the brand. Would love to see more these "history of" as there aren't many channels doing that. The Quaanta looks like a lovely piece too.

Great video! I bought my first Panerai (a Luminor 111) 16 years ago and still wear it all the time (wore it to work today!). I now also own a Submersible and Radiomir, so three Panerai for me. I also own a Rolex GMT "batman", Cartier Santos and Breitling SOH...but wear my Panerai the most. They're just...fun.

Great video. I’m hooked. I have owned a dozen pams and used to love the brand… until the monstrosity of the no-water-resistant luminor dues. Yuck. Totally diluted the brand, although it must have been profitablenfor them selling watches in Asia and to small girls. Am currently thinking of buying this blue abisso or the 42mm carbotech submersible. Any thoughts?
