So basically, SEBI is worried as to why and how come Small Retail investors can make so much Benchmark beating returns? It is really disappointing that a Money Manager who is ahead of others is been targeted.

Aissa hai Harshad Mehta ka scam ho yaa Ketan Parekh ka yaa yes bank etc ka or yae jo ub buta ruha hai , uska...Ultimately investor ka he nuksaan hota hai ..Sarkaroen ko koi fark najee pudta or arbitrary/ sudden action liye jaate hain.or iss case(Quant ) mein abhi kucch prove nahee hua hai ki koi scam hai bhi ki nahee . Yae bhi ho sukta hai ki koi buda cartel quant ko Bali ka bakra bunana chah ruha ho .

Ek baat notice karna agar koi scam ...jub bhi hota hai to wo bilkul late samay mein pukda jata hai .Tub tuk Big fish's kama kur goli ho jaati hain or general public jo ki actually crores of stupid general public he hoti hai wo fuss jaati hai yaa kabhi kabhi barbad ho jaati hai ....Pur sahee hai , why should anyone give a ####ing damn to stupid middle class investor 😢

Not done. A very crude way to investigate. Front running in stocks by insiders is something but, front running by mgmt/ employees should have been handled discreetly. This has confused investors. The matter is not much but also has a factor of rival fund houses, egging on the regulator. The Investigation threatens to become a tamasha and would affect retail investors sentiment that have only last few years taken a SIP view to stock mkts
