There is no pay gap. There is an earnings gap. Women on average are out of work more then men (raising children, health days, etc.) and as a result earn less than men do. This means that this argument for 'equal pay' is about women being privileged to earn the same as men despite working less.

Love it - this is exactly what it is, feminism turned the world upside down, and with that, a lot of confusion entered the world with children who don't have any identity because of the shift in the hierarchy as set out since the beginning of times by GOD. 1ST GOD THEN MAN AND THEN WOMAN - This is what I call structure. Structure wherein the man provides and the woman runs the household and children according to that provision by the head of the house.❤

I believe that the Bible is our guideline! God made us differently for many reasons. I'm old fashioned as far as society may think. The man must be the spiritual leader in the home. Obviously a sensible couple will discuss certain things where a conclusion has to be reached and hopefully the husband will be rational in his opinions so as not to be a monster. In this light, the woman will be willing to allow him the final decision. Just my opinion.
