Evening Stephen you were out and about bright and early this morning, nice to see clear skies and no rain in Blackpool. If the house in question is renovated to a high stand, hopefully the buyer will make a large profit. The sea looked very calm this morning, and thank you with finishing off with that great tram shot to finish the video.

Evening Stephen, great video, never new there were houses at the back near the old Yates. Shame about the old Yates building, wonder if it was closed because of the lack of people venturing down south pier end because of the pleasure beach becoming a none walk on park. Really interesting walk mate, cheers.

Auction houses always pitch the price low to get the punters in. Just as a building plot it is worth more than that. It will be bought by someone with a few bob that will do it up and rent it out.

7:51 total menace on Britain’s streets as I nearly found out in my town back in the summer, a near miss as I stepped off a bus with my elderly mother. 8:20 another menace to trip you up. Funny enough I used to be on the CB back in the 80s and you reminded me of my handle with that closed down garage “Deltic Dave”. Not sure I’d want that house even if I won it. Pigeon dust almost as dangerous as either fibre glass or asbestos particles. Definitely a haz-mat site. Yates really looking an eyesore now😡

Enjoyed the video! If it goes for 12k you'd take a chance! I was interested when you were on Waterloo Rd.; the cinema next to the Royal Oak used to be the Palladium. Have you thought of doing one on ex- cinemas. They're read The Ritz, next to the Huntsman. They used to show late night blueys. Think they were owned by same people who had The Rendezvous on Bond Street and The Tivoli above Yates's in Talbot Square. King Edward on Central Drive . ABC, Odeon (became Funny Girls)...... Where else can we think of? Oh yes; The Regent on Church Street.

The amount of work to take this property back to its original state is immense. It will have to be thoroughly gutted, back to the brick, floors removed, etc. Basically, you would have to empty it to leave a shell of a building, and then start again, and that you would need specialist hazmat suites to protect you

@AWalkontheWildSideBlackpool2 сағат бұрын
It’s certainly an interesting subject for the show, but there’s no way anyone is going in the house to show how bad it is, unless they are wearing a full hazmat suit.

No one would be allowed in to inspect the premises because of the state, hazardous to health, and wonder when the pictures were taken? When doing this up it will cost thousands, hundreds to remove inner walls, doors, ceilings, floor boards, the entire thing gutted and to start again, wearing specialist gear to undertake the work. Because the air, in the building is hazardous, it will have permeated the inner walls and floors, as I say, all would have to be removed.
