Legend that squeaky noise fucked me off just scraped some candle wax into thin powder crumble consistency and did what you said awesome mate cheers

Trick works great. I still had slight squeaking after so I rubbed my bushings on the bar the of soap also and cleared all the squeaking out 🤙🏾

paraffin wax is ideal for this. If you don’t have that, use crayon! crayon is made of paraffin wax so just grab ur fav color and go crazy

Thw wax worked wonders. I did the bushings as well. Tjere was a clicking and squeek. Both are gone thank you.

Ditch the wax and oil. Use formula 5 grease from energy suspension. It’s sticky so be warned. It’s made to stick around for a long time on cars. (Extremely hot and cold won’t affect it either)

I didn’t have wax or traditional lube or even bar soap like others were saying but I did have some clean full synthetic motor oil I put a drop of that into each one and it worked great

Ik I'm late but I'm new to skateboarding, and I've only started a few days ago but whenever I cruise around I think my wheels(or some other part) make a small tick noise, any idea on how that could be caused?

Bearings are probably dirty buy some isopropyl alcohol (90-100%),1 small container with a lid, bones speed cream lubricant (bearings oil/lubricant) old toothbrush and have paper towels. Take bearings out of wheels then Remove 1 side of the bearing shield on all bearings with a pin or something similar in size. Fill a small container with isopropyl,place all 8 exposed bearings with shield removed into container place lid on container, shake for about 1 minute, remove bearings from container, place on paper towels, use an old toothbrush to do a quick gentle cleanup on the outside and inside of bearings, tap bearings lightly onto paper towels, dry any excess isopropyl with paper towels, leave bearings out for a couple of minutes to allow the isopropyl to evaporate fully, then apply bones speed cream lubricant then click shields back into place. And reinstall bearings into wheels once complete.

Can i just pour a drop of olive oil in there? I dont have bar soap or wax. And just ran out of wd40 so yeah. EDIT: I gave olive oil a shot and works amazingly. Not sure how long it will last but a good temporary solution id say.

I just got inde trucks and upgraded to hardcore hard bushings but it sounds like the hanger between the bushings is grinding on the kingpin threads
