They can't even reach Iran without in flight refueling, which they don't possess. They would have to rely on the US to provide that. As the US is fully aware all of it's bases in the region are now very vulnerable to retaliation. Also Turkey plus several gulf states refused access to either their bases or airspace if they were to be used to mount an attack on Iran. All of these factors were involved but ultimately without US help Israel doesn't have the capability to launch an air campaign against Iran. A look at the geography will show you this.
