I "grew up" with Derek Prince (with Bob Mumford, Charles Simpson and Ern Baxter - New Wine guys) before they got into the "shepherding thing" in the 70's. Glad that was temporary - I still watch the Derek Prince clips on KZbin and find his messages insightful. He was of a few with the combination of Spirit-filled and Cambridge-educated wisdom.

Years ago, at Kensington Temple, London, I saw Derek Prince. I got delivered from... I have most of his books and CDs. Sometimes, when others quote him without mentioning his name, I am able to tell. I loved listening to you reading this book of Derek Prince and I agree with almost all of it. One thing I don't agree with: in chapter 15 mr. Prince writes that we should pray for mercy for Israël and the English speaking people. For me, not English speaking, this appears as pride, because why not pray for all people of all languages? Why only for the English speaking people? Besides that, I enjoyed listening it very much and I keep praying - in a better way I hope - for Israël and all people for mercy and coming to the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ, our Savior.
