Totally agree with this thing, its really important to have practical knowledge of the lab from masters itself. Some of the supervisor in PhD just simply assumes that you have plenty of practical knowledge and you will work as a totally independent researcher.

If your plan is for PhD then Int-Phd is also good option But make sure that your institute provides an option to quit with masters degree just in case if you change your mind during masters

If your area of interest is Organic Chemistry then IITG If you're opting for inorganic or physical then you can choose anyone of them both are equal in that case

Yes IIT Kharagpur is better than IIT G and IIT Hyderabad You can choose IIT kgp above the other two
