It would be one thing if all they were doing was buying up our property, but they are intentionally poisoning us all.. These AShkenazi run companies are literally poisoning the environment, and intentionally orchestrating chemical spills all throughout the country. Someone needs to go and start liquidating Blackrock execs and the Rockefellers. For example, the spill in Ohio, East Palestine was intentional and do people even realize the consequences of it on the farmland and the entire Mississippi drainage basin? Yet the pathetic AShkenazi run media hardly even spoke about it as people are still getting sick... They even made a Netflix show called "White Noise" as predictive programming to mock us about it. They're literal Satanists.

I don't know that that would be the solution. I have an LLC and own a couple rental properties, which is a great way to build wealth for the middle class. But I'm not Blackrock, buying up half the country. Perhaps we could limit how much real estate an entity could own? I'm sure there would be unintended consequences to that too. I agree something has to be done, but I think the rule you propose would greatly harm the middle class as well.

I’m homeless and you’ll never see me. City homeless are savages. I wouldn’t touch a city with your dick let alone mine. That’s a miserable existence. The people who do that correctly, they become invisible, not just to cops and residents. We become invisible to other homeless because they are dangerous. And they are loud. And they have less than nothing to lose. You think you’re scared of homeless people? Try being homeless, it gets infinitely scarier. You have no idea how hostile the world is. You’d think you could just post up and chill somewhere but nope. Someone is going to have a problem with your mere existence. It really does a lot for your mental state and self esteem to be terrified 24 hours a day. To never feel safe.

All while the rich English fucks that actually contributed to the disaster hardly felt the squeeze. Btw the OPs comment isn't just talk, its more accurate than many people will ever know. The only reason I even know this, is because I'm speaking from first hand experience now. There's a Very clear change in mindset from when you're a renter forever, to when you finally own a place. No matter what the value of it is. I just bought a house; its falling apart, 100yrs old, under 800sqft-very small, everything is old and dirty- but it's mine. ..and now I have this mindset where I want to get to know my neighbors, that I couldn't give a rats ass about before. I have this urge to keep the front lawn and flower bed, all clean and well kept, sidewalk edged, trees trimmed -all of it. That comment isn't a hopeful scenario where it would be cool if life was that way, but doesn't REALLY happen...No, it's a literal phenomenon that actually happens almost instantly.

In Washington state a tiny grandmother's apartment costs like 2500 to rent and you have to jump through a million hoops to even have a chance to rent the place, you have to pay an application fee of 50$ and it usually takes 20 applications to maybe possibly get approved just to rent an overpriced tiny home. People with great credit will always beat out someone with poor credit and it just becomes a living nightmare and if you don't have family there you eventually just give up and live in your vehicle and that's how it happens. I’m 26 and own a home. The secret to buying a home and being able to afford it each and every month is living within your means, and doing it with a responsible stable partner you have a relationship with. It’s impossible to afford a home on an average income if your doing it by yourself. You need dual income, and you need to save up a nice down payment. Unfortunately that’s extremely difficult now given the current political environment. Don’t be discouraged, change your lifestyle. Drive an old beater that owes you nothing, cancel those internet streaming subscriptions, stop going to the bar two time a week, cook and pack your own dinner/ lunch.

Everyone likes to blame the “boomers” for buying a home for 150k that’s now worth 500k. They are laughing all the way to the bank. That’s how life works. When you rent you own nothing. You can pay 2500 a month in rent that you will never see again. Like leasing a car. If you have no equity, you have nothing besides your personal savings or what equity you may have in a car. Most responsible people realize this. All I am saying is, buying a home isn’t impossible. It’s actually the best investment you can make.
@ItBetterBeFast

@@marlinnotfish I’m well aware of how it works. I have 2 homes. The issue is that houses vs income are vastly different than when the boomers were buying. For instance an engineer would come out of college making $20-$25k with little to no debt in the 80’s and a house would cost $40k. Now an engineer comes out making $70k with a lot of debt since school prices have skyrocketed and an average house by me starts at $500k…..the math just doesn’t work. And yes I will also blame the boomers because they’re the ones in congress running the country into the ground.

In 1970 you could buy a muscle car new for 4 grand now that same car is worth 100k in some instances even more. @@danielcillie1856 It has in the past, for sure. I bought 15 acres of land rather than a house with the idea that: 1)God ain't making anymore land 2)The land can pay for itself with food production 3)Maaaaybe it will hold it's value better than a house (again because it has production potential unlike a house)

It's absolutely true that depending on which side of the Rockies a town is, a recidivist will be given a one-way ticket to either San Francisco or New York City. I'm also hearing that right now at the U.S. southern border, people are being asked where they want to go. They generally say, L.A., NY, or Chicago. OMG, RFKJ is the only other person to use my phrase 'Billionaire Boy's Cabal, er, I mean CLUB'. That's who's driving the government right now. And they are batsh!t crazy.

I live in the Bay Area. I make roughly $40/hr and I’m having a hard time financially settling here. I have no dependents and $950 is taken away from my taxes every paycheck. I can’t imagine how hard it must be for someone who isn’t as fortunate as I am financially.

It is absolutely true that cities all over the country will give a homeless person a bus ticket to California. They also will send them to Washington State and Oregon. I know New York City does it for a fact in my local social services in Upstate New York does it. They have too many people to take care of and when a person is willing to relocate it solves a problem for them. They need to fix the system or this will continue. It's only shuffling people around and never really addressing the problem that is causing the situation.

As a Canadian it's the same here, homelessness is accelerating and cost of living is rising at an insane rate. People, especially young people feel nothing but despair. Those fortunate enough to own something are under pressure from rising rates and inflation too but the younger generation has had their future stolen from them.

I’m 27, college educated, and don’t own a car, a home, and because of a medical emergency I now have no money. Worked toward a savings account for years and hardly broke 10k at a time, always related to honest cost of living. I owe 5x more than I have because of therapy, and basically owe it to my partner that I’m not homeless. Inflation is insane, I don’t even care about home ownership, I can’t afford rent by myself. I make more now than ever, doesn’t matter.

My fix: GO BACK TO THE OLD SYSTEM. Claw back the 2008 mortgage bailout of banks and hedge funds (BLACKROCK) with a special tax. Banks should be banned from packaging mortgages into securities. The bank that issues the mortgage has to keep it on its own books. Hedge funds and foreign investors should be banned from the US mortgage market.

The entire concept of using your wealth to buy a bunch of shit you dont need and then rent it out is scummy as hell. I get it in small exchanges, like maybe you have 2 houses and you just happen to not live in one. But owning 4 houses to rent out 3 and get rich is bullshit. Its like ticket scalpers, buying up a bunch of extra seats to overprice to people that need them.

I can empathize but mine is the opposite. I do well in Fall, Winter and Spring but have a difficult time in the Summer. I’ve heard once that the closer a person lives to the Equator, the more difficult time they have in the Summer. I’ve tried to compensate by planning indoor things I like to do. It’s hard for sure.

Also, owning things implies independence and a type of freedom or power. If everyone is a renter and you don't own any of the important things in your life you could basically be reduced to a free range slave in all but name like a medieval surf.

Large investment firms are for sure a huge problem destroying American quality of life and the middle class, but drug addiction and mental health issues I believe are still the leading cause of homelessness. In some instances drugs might not have been what put people on the streets, but they 100% keep people there. The homless situation in California is so bad because these people are coddled, with every need tended to. There are so many services set up across the country to get people jobs and housing, but they require SOBRIETY. Ive had so many conversations with homeless people trying to get insight into their situation and drugs are always involved.

Rather than bump companies out of owning homes, they should put a time frame on when companies can make offers on them. Allow offers from owner occupants for the first 30 or 60 days instead of making them compete with all cash offers from companies. This could also make the 1031 exchange loophole companies use often to avoid capital gains more difficult since those roll over purchases have to be identified within 90 days.

Hello from Florida. My wife is German. Her brother and his wife are engineers and it’s crazy how hard it was for them to get a townhouse. An einfamilienhaus is out of the question now. Same thing happening in Florida. Prices doubled in 4 years. The real estate industry keeps saying it’s “low supply” but it cannot be low supply everywhere in the world. It is a global conspiracy. Thankfully we bought a couple of years ago. Seeing my 400k house go to 800 feels good personally, but I know it’s fake. There will be a huge crash or we will all be enslaved.
