Excellent advice! We've had (and have) other businesses and we're now adding STR as a retirement supplement. I have found that it's very hard to make rational, positive decisions when emotionally charged or ego committed. Better to use the "24 hour" rule. Another thing I've found is how important mentorship is, which is why I am SO GRATEFUL for this channel!

This is a great video! I can't even put into words how difficult it is to mitigate emotions when doing things like this (like you said easier said than done). I learned how to identify this from day trading futures, it's amazing how many parallels there are with business and trading! Speaking of, have you thought of doing a video on calculating risk when purchasing a property and possibly risk/reward?
