Stevie Klaer Partially fixed the headgasket with headgasket sealant, but it's not worth replacing it, especially since it could be either the headgasket or the motor block itself that's letting coolant in the pistons. Fixing the motor block wouldn't be worth it on a 1000$ car, nor the headgasket imo. As for the heating im still trying to figure out where the problem comes from

I went to test drive one today and am happy to say it was a blast to drive. I was very surprised by how comfortable the vehicle drives and handles in contrast to what consumers report. It’s interesting to listen and read about people having high expectations for a military vehicle. It was never built to handle and ride like a sports sedan, it was designed for off road use. I personally love how this car handles. Acceleration is lively for a vehicle weighing over 2 tons. The ride is not stiff but not too smooth either. Braking is very impressive, and handling around corners at low speeds did not alarm me one bit. I knew going into this truck meant being careful around turns as this likes to lean a bit. And I experienced no trouble keeping a straight line, I was able to relax and chat with the salesmen and not worry about it wondering. One day in the future I will own one of these. Cheers.

It's been my daily driver for the last 5.5 years, it rocks and does not suck. The one complaint is that the rear seats are small and has no leg room. We're a family of 5 and that is undoubtedly too tight. Everything else is awesome. The ride is awesome. The shocks are great. The vehicle is solid, quick, handles great (though it feels like it's going to roll, it holds a lot longer than you think). Don't think "AMG racing", think "AMG power" and "AMG quality". It's a truck, it pulls trailers incredibly well, handles overland trails well (careful with the clearance of the exhaust), and treads water fine as well - I've had to put the entire thing in the river to back in a boat to deep enough water. I beat the hell out of it and still love it and keep it shiny! Remember, it's not "AMG speed/handling", it's AMG quality and AMG power.

Is there anything unique about your videos? You use the same cliches, "rifle bolt/bank vault" .. Maybe I've just seen quite a few people reviewing cars, so you end up sounding like 90% of the rest. The way a person does any generic unboxing video.. Unbox it, describe what you're looking at even though the camera is looking at it... Don't actually go into any depth beyond what the brochure says. You could be reviewing anything from toasters to cell phones, with the same generic approach. (I actually think some of the people making automotive videos actually started out doing unboxings.. which is why they just read the stats sheet then go straight to pushing button and telling the viewer what buttons are for in a car) If you have any previous experience in the automotive industry, if you have any driving experience, maybe you find engineering to be interesting..Bring that personality into the video

I definitely agree. Got to drive my buddies '16 and was not impressed. Driving dynamics are not very good for the price point considering now it's marketed as a luxury vehicle. Also, I know you said the truck was roomy but it really is not. If you noticed the doors have a slight angle where it feels claustrophobic both in the driver's side from the left and passenger side from the right respectively when you're sitting in there. For the price point something like a GLE or GLS 63 is a much better bargain. They might not have the cool factor that the G had but they're both roomier and drive much much better.

TheCrissArdon tell me why German vehicles are consistently rated at the bottom of reliability ratings? German cars last well...until they hit 80k miles, run out of warranty, and then the brittle trim pieces crack and fall off. The electronics begin to fail, and all of that "superior engineering" goes down the drain. You pay over $50k dollars for a 5 series, and sell it for under 18 grand less than 8 years later. Logic, my friend. You'll soon become a sensible enthusiast. Meanwhile I'm drooling over the 2016 Tacoma TRD...it'll live just as long as my family's 1997 Toyota 4Runner.

So $150k+, way to stiff of steering, that than randomly losens, causing sloppy steering, the tendency to want to drift right, and left, suspension that is way to stiff, made even worse with sport mode, and terrible turning radius. But no your right way better than the jeep rubicon, which is well less than half the price, doesn't have sloppy, and/or drifty steering, and isn't way to stiff suspension.
