The isagi and kaiser being on par is kinda weird since kaiser by himself can score as soon as Lorenzo gets off him while isagi couldn’t score at all until hori (broken character) came in to help . Comparing a rin in flow to a not even trying kaiser is kinda weird too, if anything kaiser’s super goal is a better feat than rin’s hat trick Even manshine isagi could score 2 goals on them if kaiser didn’t block him. I feel like the rin argument holds up but only from a narrative standpoint. I'm not saying kaiser was necessarily holding back against mashine, more that the author was holding him back. If kaiser had scored a hat trick against manshine like rin did, from a story perspective, that leaves isagi with nothing to do. Because kaiser and isagi (our protagonist) are on the same team, they have to more or less be relative for the story to progress. Obviously isagi can't improve if Kaiser is scoring every time he gets the ball. However, because rin is also a rival of isagi, he HAS to improve to keep up. So it gives the author more freedom with his "strength". It would make a lot of sense for Rin to be really good right now. Kaiser can't improve from a narrative standpoint or isagi isn't going to develop.

I also believe Sae is on a whole different level. Scored with ease from an impossible angle and told Sendou he could have scored in three ways before that in the U20 game. I personally scale Sae closer to the world 5 rather than New Gen 11 tier. I really would like to know if Sae was going all out in the U20 or if he could have still gone through multiple more gear changes before coming into true flow because he had probably pretty low competition with Blue Lock eleven compared to what he probably had daily at La Real. But maybe I‘m entirely wrong🤷‍♂️ Only the future will tell and I am hyped for the coming years of manga and anime adaption….oh and the movie of course🔥

Not to mention, if Rin was better shouldn't Re Al choose him? They would get him for cheaper. The bids come from multiple clubs not just from a singular organisation like let's say in One piece, there it could be a valid argument. In Blue lock it's pretty clear multiple clubs give the offers. With reputation and strenght that differs from each club. And the reality is the strongest club chose Kaiser over Rin. Well I'm not suprised by your take really. You did put Barou into New Gen 11 before the Ubers match started, so this is just the same situation with Rin. Edit : Decided to rewatch a part of the video, where I may have misunderstood the thing with the chigiri thing. You only mentioned he easily dealt with Reo, so my apologies. That said, i believe the match went similary to how MC vs BM went at the end. Isagi controlled the entire field along with the master strikers. That alone got him a 50 mil bid. Keep in mind that all was under a minute. If Rin did this the entire match, no wonder he got 180 million. But I feel like it's unfair to give rin all the credit for doing almost everything. Karasu still got a big bid increase. Tokimitsu and Zantetsu clearly had to do something as well. Honestly my idea is that this would have been possible even in Ubers vs PXG. The reason it wasn't were Ubers themselves. Isagi couldn't manipulate the entire field in that game constantly because of players like Aiku and Lorenzo. The same can probably be said to Rin in that game. Which is probably why despite scoring 2 goals in the 1st round, he got 36 million, which is Yukis bid right now. If BM were to go up against MC again, the outcome would probably be similar since MC doesn't really have any over the top inteligent players. The only one was Reo, however as we all know he can be marked by Raichi. I'm not gonna go into speculating what a rematch would look like too deeply, I'll just say that Isagi would have a much easier time now. Basically both had a rough time against Ubers. With MC it's a bit different

I agree with the Rin argument up till one point. The game between Ubers and PXG if Don played in that game and Rin still scored twice I would see this argument as completely valid. However if we find out that Don didn't play in the PXG vs Ubers match; because we know Rin did because he scored two goals. That would mean that Rin against the Ubers with no Don was only able to score twice while Kaiser with Don guarding him was able to score once. Meaning that Rin had trouble getting past the Ubers defense even though Don wasn't playing. If that is so I would argue that much like Kaiser Rin would have been able to only score once Much like Michael if not at all. Again that is only if we learn about the match between PXG and Ubers.

personally we have not seen kaiser go all out, so we cannot realistically scale him to rin, this video is good but it is filled with a lot of speculation based on the very little information we have. PXG vs BM match I suspect will show kaiser off. And remember in the ubers match lorenzos job was to mark kaiser for the entire game because of how strong kaiser is as an offensive player.

I don't think Rin scoring a hattrick against Manshine should be used as crazy evidence that he's much better than Kaiser. If Kaiser didn't have a team that quite literally tried to hoe him, Kaiser would have most likely done the same. There was quite literally nothing that could be done against his lightspeed kick. That shit went through 5 defenders and a goalkeeper. He had the ability to replicate that shot anytime he wanted. But that would make for a shit story. You could argue that Rin had Shidou holding him back, which is possible, but I don't believe that, or, I don't believe that it would have a big impact on Rin, as the rest of the team would feed Rin still. This is nothing as opposed to Kaiser, who had nearly half his team non-compliant towards him. also there's this theory that Shidou got a red card during that match, but it doesn't make sense that you'd have your offer raised for going into a match, doing nothing but fouling and receiving an extra 5 million toward your bid, while Nagi did nothing and got his shit sliced in half, the theory doesn't make much sense to me. Maybe he did something on defense idk.

For shidou to be on the same team as rin they should be neck n neck but as we see with the triple goal score. He’s clearly not being bothered by shidous presence at all and shidou is a massively good player ( this is taking to account if he played ) so it would show rins growth Plus kaiser has hoe’d or tried to hoe isagi multiple times but still got outplayed at least twice, especially in ubers. And if kaiser was a better player he will simply utilize his team more and they would in turn play with him ( like how isagi did for BM, also kunigami just wouldn’t help at all, neither would isagi but he would have to beat him at his own game ) or simply not allow his team to hoe him like that at all Also rin could be just using the same tactics as isagi since their play styles are fairly similar with how they use their teams ( slightly different though) and since kaiser was or is the king of BM he should in turn do the same as these two strikers who were below him in overall skill

this video will age like milk and by your own arguments I’ll say why imo. first of all bid amounts aside, Sae’s club wanted Kaiser as their striker. That automatically implies Kaiser and Sae being relative, plus both ng11. Also even if bids don’t matter in determining who is best player then by that logic rins bid also doesn’t matter. A hat trick off screen against a nerfed goalless and egoless Nagi is impressive but not as impressive as you think. Manshine Isagi shut down Nagi and reo on his own, and Ubers isagi is stronger than that. Nagi was shook by Isagi in the manshine match, too, and then isagi went and evolved his specs further, including his stamina, as stated by yuki and Isagi. so even if Ubers isagi is relative to Kaiser (he’s still lower), there’s no feats that puts Rin far and away clear of current isagi. in fact looking at the bids confirms Rin and isagi are more relative to each other, than to Kaiser. Then Feats-wise Kaisers goal in Ubers to arrange shaking his mark Lorenzo to score is still the most impressive goal in the series. Finally Rin wanting to destroy sae is a lesser goal than kaiser who wants to surpass Noel noa, the best striker in the world. I would say current Rin is more focused than kaiser but Kaiser has the higher goal overall.

Isagi and Kaiser are not on the same tier. The best defender marked Kaiser the whole game which allowed isagi to play freely. Hiori also played fucking insane while ness fucking shit the bed. If Lorenzo didn’t man mark Kaiser would have instantly ended the game. The only time Kaiser was able to be stopped was when lorenzo was involved besides that one block barou got. The second Lorenzo leaves his mark Kaiser instantly scores one of the most impressive goals in BL. I think isagi looks more impressive cause the BL bm players seemed to just all be way better than the bm players that are helping Kaiser. Right now the only stat isagi has Kaiser beat in is IQ. Narratively i think the match has to go this way bm wins 3-2 Kaiser scores 1 goal, kunigami scores 1, isagi scores 1 and then shidou and rin both score 1 goal. Reason why is kunigami needs payback on shidou so kuni needs to score. Also Kaiser will be playing for the U-20 Germany team in the World Cup so isagi and Kaiser ending on a draw would make their first match playing against each other as opponents instead of teammates would be insane

it doesn't matter if lorenzo marked kaiser, isagi has been fighting the opponent and his own teammates (kunigami, yukimiya, kaiser, ness) stealing his goals so it evens out. isagi would be at 6 goals at this point. barou at least has a team behind him that's how he got his 5 goals. if snuffy didn't help out barou, barou is not scoring that goal

Kaiser is better than Rin. I understand Rin has more feats I guess. But we have to take into account Kaiser is considered the best new gen striker, even player. Now he was mark by literally the best new gen defender, which allowed Isagi to play more freely. And let’s not forget he did score the best goal in the manga(imo). Plus let’s also take into account that Kaiser is worth more than Rin, not that doesn’t mean everything, but it does play a role. If Rin isn’t better than Sae and we know Sae and Kaiser are probably the best 2 new gen players then I don’t see any logical reasoning on how Rin is better than Kaiser. See I don’t think Kaiser is holding back, I believe it’s the writer since he’s not the main character. And since Isagi is of course they’re gonna write it in a way which kind of tones down Kaiser to let Isagi shine.
