It was supposed to be a short project to get my editing to the standard I wanted to work on a comic dub and not lose! It was not short! I worked on this for about 20 hours!
With that said, it is the first time I've ever seriously tried to edit! if some parts are weird, please be kind! but I'd love to receive criticism and improve!

The SAO game characters are in such an interesting spot with how they have a lot of exposure in the extended media but also just within the multiple games related to their canon. It's really common for anime games or movies that aren't canon to the core series to feature one off characters that will never be mentioned basically ever again which always striked me as an unfortunate reality especially when I'd remember back to the Pokemon or Naruto movies I'd watch as a kid. It moves me to see such passion for a character that was designed in a similar way but with the exception of actually having a chance to show up again considering his longevity and popularity. Itsuki being this important to you is really touching and I'm sure those that got the chance to create him would be really honored to know someone cherished their character they made knowing they likely wouldn't be recognized or remembered outside of the individual experience with the game they were primarily created for. I think it's always beautiful when creators choose to satisfy such niches so I hope not only for you but for the sake of progress in respecting these lesser known but no less valid characters that Itsuki gets in alongside some other deep cut picks, The image of everyone getting to run into battle in SAOFD with their favorite characters with little compromise is too appealing an image to give up hope on, Maybe it won't be just a daydream~!

yo I know exactly how you feel!!!! He's such an interesting character but they've been doing so little with him lately! like what happened to the writer who dropped all that foreshadowing in Dissonance of the Nexus even if Fractured Daydream's got nothing, i have high hopes for Unital King, and whatever's going on with that voice drama CD they're releasing clips of on the official gameverse channel i would be more than happy to theorize with you about the crumbs we do have, regardless!

they sure do!! Kureha and Zeliska appear in person, while Itsuki’s name shows up on a BoB leaderboard! …so this makes him technically canon, right? right?!?

@@aurin-clover I think they did it for marketing purposes because FB came out back then, but that could also mean those FB characters are kinda canon ? I'm sure we'll see them in GGO s2 as a cameo or actually Canon characters 🤣

That would be so cool!! Sadly, it might be hard to give them a play style in FD since they don’t really have a canon weapon besides the gun Itsuki gives them and the other weapons they use in cutscenes You probably already know this, but if it’s any consolation, there’s a brief moment in FB protagonist’s POV during Kureha’s Ritual of Bonds cutscene in Last Recollection! While not much, at least it’s playing as them for a bit..!

It's possible. Maybe Eydis, Medina, Sortiliena, Fanatio, Bercouli, Scheta, Iskahn, Dorothy, Yuuki, Renly, Eldrie, Strea, Philia, Gabriel, Heathcliff, Death Gun or PoH.

I agree! Especially Yuuki is such a beloved character, it'd be weirder not to see her! And if Oberon and Admin can make it, I'm sure Heathcliff, Gabriel and Death Gun have gotta be there eventually! Right now, the confirmed roster is smaller than Fatal Bullet's, so it'd be really fun to see lots more characters! There's a lot to be done with their playstyles, too!
