I definitely was Japanese in another life. I love eating alone, traveling alone, being alone. It’s peace! I travel the world alone! It’s always a joy!

Thanks for telling me 😉 Private karaoke rooms should be introduced to more countries. People want to practice before singing in front of people.

I relate to being alone because I truly enjoy time with myself. But for karaoke I believe that the fun part is to hear others detune and laugh. I don't want to hear myself, because that I can do when I'm home cleaning. Very interesting your channel.

I LOVE your videos! It feels like I'm just hanging out with a friend and local. I was going to binge them but found out you only have 14! Keep making them! Going to Japan soon so I'm using your videos as inspiration!

In the US I get judged for eating alone. Even in thai and Chinese restaurants. The US culture assumes you're just a lonely person or got stood up. Sometimes eating doesn't need to be social and you can be happy with yourself :) people should accommodate to that. So glad Japan isn't judgemental about that.

I love how Japan is at ease with singlehood, whereas the rest of the world pushes the idea of needing to have a partner to be happy. I need to move to Japan. 😆

Hi Kosuke-san and thanks for another video! In Sweden it is not common for people to eat or do activities alone. I think it is because you come off as a weirdo if you are going to a resturant by yourself. I think that is sad. Even if I have friends and family, I enjoy having a meal by myself. Anyway, thank you for the video. Me and my wife really enjoy watching as we are planning a big trip to Japan in the future. Have a good one!

Hi Kosuke, I have been to Yakniku Likes in japan and here in our country the Philippines they have branches as well. I noticed the sauces are different. May I ask which sauces the Japanese prefer or what is the traditional way of using the spices avaialble on your table?
@kosuke_shows_japan4 ай бұрын
In Japan, main sauces are shoyu-base and miso-base. Garlic and lemon juice are nice to have. I didn’t know there’s already a Yakiniku Like in the Philippines. Thank you for letting me know 😁

Since Japan is experiencing higher levels of loneliness, depression and dropping birth rates, I’m not so sure their introverted culture is helpful in the long term.

Japanese people want solo time. Foreign media always report that too negatively. We’ve got the idea of enjoying ourselves. We look lonely for you, that’s totally fine👍
