It's good to have different personalities in the shop customers will find out when they work and visit them specifically. Someone else who likes really bright flashy things will love her shared enthusiasm. You can have repeat customers for years who won't want to shop anywhere else if you have what they want and an expert helping them.

I hated 80s fashion and I was a teenager then. Saying that I just purchased an 80s vintage dress online. LOL. Surprisingly, I love vintage Missoni and Gucci inspired Boho.
