“Do not think that I have come to abolish the Law or the Prophets; I have not come to abolish them but to fulfill them. For truly, I say to you, until heaven and earth pass away, not an iota, not a dot, will pass from the Law until all is accomplished. Therefore whoever relaxes one of the least of these commandments and teaches others to do the same will be called least in the kingdom of heaven, but whoever does them and teaches them will be called great in the kingdom of heaven. For I tell you, unless your righteousness exceeds that of the scribes and Pharisees, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven."

Just an excellent conveyance of the meaning of Jesus' fulfillment of the Law... Reiterating, to follow the Law was the full time occupation of the Scribes and Pharisees, the ones whom Jesus verbally brought down, and clearly exposed to us, His followers. These guys are the ones who had Jesus killed! What does that tell us right there? Do not follow the counsel of the Scribes and Pharisees who demand that we follow the external Law, but rather follow the Law that Jesus has written (internally) on our hearts. Follow Jesus who fulfilled the laws throughout His life and paid the penalty for the curse of the Law with His death. Beautifully done, brother. Thank you and God bless.

Jesus fulfilling the law is NOT doing away with it. Jesus fulfilling means he FOLLOWED the law. I choose to obey ALL OF GOD 10 COMMANDMENTS because I love GOD!!

You should rephrase your statement by saying. I choose to fail to obey the 10 commandments everyday. Because Gods Law is perfection and if you fail one you fail all. To obey is to obey perfectly, by Jesus standard. What’s the reason why you only obey the 10 commandments? Why not all 613 that stands for the whole Law? You should glory in Jesus obedience and not on your obedience. God bless

Jesus came to make them ineffective to new covenant. Heaven and earth was the temple. We are not under the law because the law has been fulfilled by Christ. Jesus said when he did it would pass. So we are not to so sacrifces of the sacrifices of animals because Jesus died to the old through his flesh and made it obsolete. Now we are saved his blood and are forgiven of our sins. all has been fulfilled in Christ and we are new heaven and new earth of the new covenant.

Hi pastor , Why did Paul say : the Law is the ministry of death? The strength of sins is the Law? In Romans 8 : 4. Paul said: that the righteous requirement of the law might be fulfilled IN us... A pastor based on the word IN us, not BY us to teach about radical Grace, that we do not need to obey the Law by our self efforts because we cannot do it. He said Jesus already did everything for us on the cross. He gave us all that He had ( health, wealth, peace ...) All we need to do is to believe, rest and receive the unmerited, undeserved favor : Grace. Why did the bible say that our righteousness is like filthy rag? This cause confusion and discourage us to be righteous? Pastor, i like your teaching. But i get confused too. Some pastors teach radical grace . They said self efforts to obey the law is the work of the flesh that produce dead works. They said the work of the Spirit produce fruit. They also said that the Law given to us so that we know that we cannot do it, so that we come to our end and need a Savior. The law is a tutor. Please teach more about Law and Grace so that we do not get confused anymore. Thank you.

You understood correctly. Now you need to stand in your faith and not allow yourself and your family be entangled by the yoke of bondage. Be very careful who you listen to
