You need a Rope flow( it’s like a heavier jump rope, and you can do really spicy thing for mobility, balance and coordination in standing position) nsima niang,way of the rope, channel here on youtube. Your seem massive and muscular, so you need the medium to heavier ones. Look out plz, you won’t regret. Plus, it’s like an grab an go training. Coming from a muay thai/ mma/judo background, was and avid jump"ropper" and the switch made me a Way more vicious fighter. Your training is definitly ON POINT.

@@primalintelcollective ok lil ninga your this takeover about jiujitsu over your time + to be wholes your conditining are what they are called spike not sustained you are probably noy very good at endurance+ i can see this from your vedios you are posting +non of this is important for jiujitsu,i do mma on a averge level i would say not high but still even the higher level people know for a fact your type of conditing dont help non of this jump rops help
