It is best to use three large plastic ties to remove the old tire, and another three to place the new tire. The secret is to tighten them as much as possible to leave the tire as compressed as possible and also to insert the new tire. All the work It is done by hand, without great efforts or levers, using only six plastic ties.

So, this is a 9.9 on a scale of 10 for difficulty. Not for the newbie... You'll need 4 small tire spoons, 2 medium trigger-style sliding clamps, a valve stem puller, grease / soapy water sprayer, and some serious patience with humility. That's just for the tire itself.

the trick is sit down hold tire and rim with legs use 3 big tire irons use your leg to hold one iron and your two hands to work the other irons ( sold this piece of crap cause i had too change rear tire all the time due to design flaw heat from motor made the tire soft and easy to pop , save yourself grief and buy a scooter with 10 in tires with tubes kaabo sucks)

This. Didn't need cable ties to get the old tyre off, but it's the most effective simple method to get the new tyre on. Avoids damaging the new tyre also.

The 2024 model is but not this one. We did a proof of concept to see how easy it would be to remove the tire and the motor screws didn't even budge with two ppl probably due to loctite but it's still gonna be a pain 😭
