Modifications is an art. But indian mvd rules are older than Gandhiji . We have to change rules for it. Its not 1947 or more before. World and technology developed and changed more . But still our country following decades rules. What logic in this. Why ? We have to change rules with the world or present time needed. Sad about our countries immature rules.
