Hello & Welcome. Since you are in Yunnan, you may wanna visit Dali大理，particularly Xizhouzhen喜州镇, a Bai Zu ethnic town which is over a thousand years old. Brian Linden, an American has settle down there and opened a hotel, called 喜林苑 Linden Centre, kind of an international visiting center. The whole town knows Linden. It’s his turf. He’ll be a great host and introduce you to all the wonderful ethnic groups in Yunnan. March on folks and HAVE FUN. 😊❤

You must try mushroom hotpot in Yunnan. It’s the mushroom season there. There are dozens of kinds of mushrooms in Yunnan. The poisonous kind is called Jianshouqing见手青, although it’s totally harmless if it’s cooked appropriately. Btw, Jianshouqing is what Janet Yellen, secretary of U.S. Treasury had when she visited China last fall. apparently, she enjoyed it 😊 Enjoy your time in China ❤

By the way, this song is not sing in Mandarin but in Yi's dialect. The song's name "AH MOL" means mother.
