You should definitely visit the Summer Palace. I think it's one of the most worthwhile places to see in Beijing.😇Skyscrapers, shopping streets, and large shopping malls can be found in every city, but the scenery of the Summer Palace can only be seen in Beijing.

that soybean juice ice cream, i love your reactions, haha, most Chinese ppl like 99.9% don't like that Beijing style soybean juice, sooo stinky and so horrible. I won't bother myself even to smell it let alone eat it, even me as Chinese I don't understand how those local ppl in Beijing are fan of that stuff, haha. don't try soybean milk in Beijing, their version is horrible, even normal smell they put salt in it, haha, in Southern China we add sugar in it, I tried once Northern version of soybean milk, vomitted immediately. It's completely understandable if you don't like it, even most ppl don't like it, in China you will find a lot of food you are not a fan of it, but also you will find so many more food you will like it, takes some time to figure it out and try. Most importantly, enjoy your trip and have a nice day with smiles.
