Hi Miguel. If you are on the fence about Vegas and not sure you will like the environment or climate, I personally would rent for a year or so. If you are familiar with Vegas, know its where you want to be and want to buy a house before the market takes off, then I would recommend purchasing. I believe it is all centered around your level of comfort.
