Well no. We cannot measure it so everyone can have their thoughts. But to me it is MAradona and with quite a distance actually. I have seen Maradona do things, consistently I never saw anyone do. Especially on very poor pitches against defenders that, unlike during Messi's epoch, could do everything they liked and get away with nothing. I mean regularly passingballs with bicycle kicks that land goals, passing balls in incredible ways and make pretty weak teams champions not just once, but multiple times in the hardest of all competitions world wide. I love MEssi and when I first saw him in 2004 I thought he would become the next Maradona, I hoped so and surely Messi delivered us some exceptional football and for a long time. But he never to the level of Diego.

I still think messi is a better goalscorer too, ronaldo has over 150+ apps more than Messi and in those games Messi is just behind 63 goals, it's not just about stats too Messi has time and time showed goals that would be impossible to do by any other player. Again i'm not trying to bring Ronaldo down, Ronaldo is better in Aerial Duels, long shots, inside the box positioning and yes he is a goal machine undoubtedly but Messi is just a different breed, he's overall better as a player than anyone out there, arguably anyone in the history.
