Lestat doesn’t like to be alone, after Marius leaves him he makes his mother a vampire then he found Louis and turned Claudia to keep Louis there as he knew that lestat would kill her. That is why he owned a huge home but lives in the garden house and rents it out It is a way of keeping ppl around. Lestat also kept calling on Marius when Louis leaves as Lestat likes to be needed wanted and will do anything to have someone with him

Thank you for this video. During the trial, it was stated the Louis was the abusive one of the two. I almost believed that based on how he treated Armand, then again, Armand was very manipulative also. I think they loved each other but they were extremely toxic as well.

Nah. Armand was always a monster. He murdered Claudia in order to get Louie, and that’s why Louie stopped living Armand-and rightfully so.

@@nettewilson5926 I agree, but he also knew the vampire laws. He was powerful enough to kill both Louis and Claudia, but he wasn’t going to go down with them. I would’ve loved to see Santiago survive the slaughter from Louis and be brought back in later episodes. He was magnificent in that role. The books don’t have a lot on his background, so the writers would’ve had a lot of liberties with his character.

So no one mentions their unusual eyes in the show so i gotta ask do they not appear unusual color to humans or they have learned to mask their eyes some how so that they appear normal to humans? I dunno about you but i would ask what's with your eyes if they appeared as they are seen in the show.

We see at the end of season two after Daniel gets turned that he was able to disguise his eyes as their previous human blue in the presence of humans but then allowed the glamour to drop once he was out of the public eye and on the hunt.

Good questions. I always thought that yes, there is a connection between maker and fledgling. In the Queen of the Damned movie alone, Marius the maker of Lestat (in that movie, ik his real maker is another in the books) commented that he always knows where Lestat is. So yes to a connection, but whether mind reading was part of it, it's possible. Maybe it's also determined by how strong their bond was.

The show was so absurdly commiefornia woke and gay it made the Christopher street day look like a straight parade. Its also distorted the elegance of the book and the movie and made it a loaded cringe-fest that was obsessed with identity politics than with how it would have actually played out in historical context. Characters act in ridiculous contradictory ways flipping their motivations when it's convenient for the writers. the modern cancer of all characters being extensions of the people adapting the script to fit their politics. Absolutely atrocious and unwatchable garbage

Hated it, snap. it should been a new thing. not this. le sigh.not everything needs to be re-imagined. Like queen of the damned flop to the ones that actually read books. this is just not a great Lestat too. but if you didnt read the books. you would like it.
